Liam turns 1

Well, Liam officially turned one on September 6th.  We had a party at his Grandma and Grandpa Keery's.  All of his grandparents and great-grandparents were there to celebrate with him.  His theme was Hungry Caterpillar.  I made homemade cupcakes since he is allergic to eggs.  He had a great time opening presents and definitely LOVED his cupcake.  Love you little man.

Aiden Starts Preschool

Aiden started preschool on 9/3/2013 at Little Lambs.  He loves his teacher and his class.  It is nice and small with only 9 students.  I cannot believe that he is 3 and growing up so fast.

A very overdue update

It has been almost 7 months since I have posted.  So here goes.

Aiden is almost 3.  We are successfully potty trained.  It took a little while but we are finally there.  Over the holidays we were able to get up to the cabin for a few weeks.  It is always nice to take the boys up there.  Aiden loves playing in the snow.  It was always hard to get him in to take a nap and eat dinner/lunch.  Over the holidays Aiden was able to play with his cousins as well.  In February we went and visited my parents and Mikes parents in Arizona.  It was a great time.  Aiden was able to play outside everyday.  He was very sad that he had to come back to IL where the weather was not so nice.  For Easter we went up to the cabin(big surprise) to find 20+ inches of snow to blow to get into the driveway.  We pulled onto the road to the cabin and had to park on the access road till in was all blown out.  Good thing it was 55 degrees that day.  An even better surprise was that my brother and sister-n-law came up to spend Easter with us.  It was nice to be able to spend time with family on the holiday.

WOW.  Liam is almost 7 months old!  He has accomplished so much.  He is crawling and pulling up on everything.  He is growing so fast.  I wish time would slow down, he is growing way too fast.

Next month we are going to Disney with the boys and family.  I can't wait to see how Aiden does, he is talking about it non stop.

Liam Charles Keery is here.  He was born via c-section on September 6th at 8:49am.  Liam was 7 lb 15.7 oz and 19 inches long.

August Happenings

August was pretty eventful for not really doing much.  Aiden had some allergy testing to find out how allergic to nuts/peanuts he is.  It turns out to be a lot worse then originally thought, so we now have an Epipen.  He got a lollypop while he was in the middle of the scratch test to keep him from itching his back.  Aiden also went to Grandma and Grandpas.  He always had a great time there.  He and his cousins Jayda and Alexander went to the zoo.  Grandma Terri helped my cousin Miranda move to college out in Cali and when she was out there went to Universal Studios where Aiden is now a proud owner of a Curious George(his favorite).

Fourth of July

We went to the cottage for the week of the fourth.  We had a really good time.  The beginning of the week it was just Mike, Aiden and I.  Later on we had Mikes parents join us and a friend from college stop by for the day.  We did a lot of fishing and sitting out on the deck.  The weather was great.  We also saw a large black bear bathing in the river in front of the cabin.  We tried to get a picture but it was too dark for it to develop properly.

Memorial Day week at the cabin

We spent Memorial day weekend and the week after at the cabin.  We had a lot of fun.  A friend of ours was able to join us up there one day and my brother, sister n law and their 2 month old joined us at the end.  We all had a blast being in the north wood of Wisconsin.
