Updos, naildos and birthday fun!

Karolina and Amalia's cousin, Jordan, turned five today and for her birthday they all went to the beauty school in Provo for an updo and to get their nails painted. They loved it, especially Amalia! Afterwards there were presents, cake, icecream, pizza and a pinata-- it was a fun fun day for my girls! Aren't they such beautiful little cousins! !t was fun for me to see how exciting it was for all of them:) Why when we were little we were always hoping to grow up!?!

CTR Bling!

Amalia wanted to play with my jewelry box, and was so excited to show Felipe and I what she had found to wear!

Mix Match Day!!

Karolina was so excited for Mix Match Day at school, she picked her outfit days in advance! ( Can you tell that her mother loves stripes just by the fact she had so many striped options to choose from! I can't help it:)

Three Kings Day!

The girls left carrots for the camels this year as there was snow covering the grass! In return they received "little" Legos and some wooden blocks. They especially loved the legos ---they played with them for 4 hours straight:) Felipe and I like to play with them too, so it is something fun to do as a family. Karolina is already saving her money up for the wild animal Lego creator set! Playing with Legos this past week has brought back so many Lego memories from when I was a child that probably hadn't crossed my mind in 25 years!

Misc PIX!!!

I forgot to post a cute pic of the Brunner/Jimenez cousins! Betsy and Nate stopped through on their way home to Texas! Also a picture of Karolina on New Year's Eve, we celebrated the new year at 9pm ( 12 midnight Puerto Rican time! it counts right!) our girls just can't function the next day if they stay up too late! Also note Karolina's t-shirt, she absolutely loves horses and the shirt was in some random place at Old Navy. She looked at the tag and said, "Mommy it's my size!" I told her we could see how much it was, yeah for Old Navy bargains--- only $1.97!!! She is excited to finally have a horse shirt!
