I have been working out for the last 10 weeks. I am down 12 lbs and have lost at least 9 to 10 inches off my body. WOW!!!! I am up to running 2 miles straight on the treadmill and also using the weight lifting equipment. It has been a journey but Im glad I started and cant wait to lose another 12lbs. I average 1-3 lbs a week. Im now pushing it to be at least 2-3 a week.
