FLOWELL 23rd celebration!!
We love the 24th celebration each year. I love staying in our small town and enjoying it with people we know. This was Haleys first year riding in the kids parade. She rode her 4 wheeler with her friend Brooklynn. She loved it. And of course she brought up the end of the parade. Taking her sweet time. She thought it was so fun she wanted to keep going down the road. after parade off to the park area for games. She hung out with dad or nancy while I did the bake off. Mostly Nancy shes more fun I guess. LOL. Then dinner which was navajo tacos. YUM YUM!! Then a fun few games of volleyball and a magician. And last but not least the outdoor movie!!!!
Haley and her pal Brooklynn ready to start the parade

4th of July 2011
We love the 4th of July time. We always start it off going to the Oakley Rodeo which my Grandpa runs. Lonnie got to help smooth the arena with a KUBOTA tractor. Lol!!! Haley loved the rodeo. It just couldnt go fast enough for her.
Then we headed home to get ready for the 4th here in Fillmore. This year we did a food booth (something we have always wanted to do) which was so much fun. We sold Brats and BBQ beef sandwiches. Our friend we did the booth with promoted his custom meat business and we promoted our pig business. I had some business cards made up which turned out awesome!!
My mom and step dad came down to tend Haley. She spent the day in the bounce house and big slide. She loved it. We did some fireworks at home and Lonnie had a little tooooo much fun. Haley was a little scared this year so we watched out the window while Lonnie lighted them.
