First post in a while!!

Wow, it has been forever since I have updated this!! I guess while Derek was home things got away from me! I will post a couple disney pictures to get us started! ;) We had an amazing time last month down there! I am thinking this will be a yearly trip! We had dinner with Mickey and the gang the first night, dinner with the princesses the second night, lunch with Winnie the Pooh and gang, then the last day we had breakfast with Oso, Handy Manny, Little Einstines and Jake. Madisynn got a princess makeover and Braylon got to build his own Truck. I dont think there was a character or princess we did not meet! We didnt ride many rides, as Madisynn wasnt a big fan, but they LOVED meeting everyone!!  These pictures are of the photopass pictures they took their at Disney. They took over 250 picture plus we probably took 1000. So I will keep it short! The first picture, look closely. Derek is holding Tinkerbell ;)

I cant believe its been 2 months since I have posted! Lots has happened I guess :) Derek came home from training and it really was an awesome 3 weeks!! We did so much and just spent some quality time together! Derek's mom and sisters came to visit too, which was real nice! We had a fun weekend with them! Of course the good byes were very hard when Derek had to leave! The kids handled it well until that night when I laid Madisynn down after listening to the book Derek recorded for them and Madisynn just cried and cried as I held her and cried too! Finally had to call my mom to calm us down, because we were just feeding off of each other! She has only mentioned missing daddy a couple more times. She gets real sad about it, but no crying again!! Derek is doing well, we have skyped twice which has been good and we have talked to him on the phone once. Im sure there will be lots of good and bad times in the next 6 months, but I know the kids will keep things going! Madisynn starts school on the 22nd and I start school on the 29th. All my classes are online, so I dont have to worry about going anywhere. Ill just do it after the kids go to bed! So, I have a feeling that will keep me busy! I have a guest coming out here or I am going somewhere every month for the next 4, so that is awesome! We have amazing friends here too!! So thankful for everyone and their support!

Happy 4th!

Here are Madisynn's birthday pictures. Her party was at her gymnastics place! She LOVES gymnastics, and this was the most perfect place to have 20 kids running around! It really was a fun time! Her well visit today she was 37.8lbs and 44in. She is in the 74% for her weight and off the charts for her height. She is our super model in the making :) Whats up with our tall kids?? Love it!!
