A very, very tiring day once again. But, it's a good day I guess. At least I don't feel stressed up and had some great laughs. (=P)
During one part of Mr Aw's Product developement lecture, he went through with us about something like coming up with some items that would appeal to a particular group of people. So, different points like snacks, junk food and etc were mentioned. Then, suddenly, Jed said, "hello panda". Like so...... HAHAHA! Mr Aw didn't put it on the board. After that, he tried saying it for the second time...XD At the end of the lecture, some of us noticed the black marker ink mark on Mr Aw's cheek and we were laughing again. =X He quickly cleaned it off with tissue though.
Mrs Yaw brought trix (cereals) to maths lecture today. =X But, it was gonna expire. She told us that she couldn't let her kids eat those as they would get cough. So, she passed it around. I don't know if I took a lot but *AHEM* booboo team was so noisy about it. On the second pass-around, Xing Fang helped me pour out from the packet onto my hand. By the time I told her to stop, it was too late as one or two dropped onto the floor. Immediately after, I think I heard my name and the BACK got noisy and laughing. (suspiciously) Later on, Kenny called me from the back and then, booboo was like signalling me to stop eating. (with a serious face, maybe =P) I'm like O_O? Hahaha...
After school, some of us went to the library to borrow books/journals for Food Chemistry B formal report. Only then did I know from booboo that the trix was expiring the next day. (I didn't expect it to be so soon XD) booboo, Kenny and Soo Yin thought I ate a lot of it and were..umm..."worried" and crapped about some disgusting joke. =.= Saw Jia Hui and Ming Wei walking out of the library when we were about to borrow our stuff. They only stayed for a little while to talk and left first to buy something from CO-OP shop. After leaving the library, I decided to ditch both of them and left with booboo and rest.
Unfortunately, I was very absent-minded on the way. I was walking on my own to my Jap class. I walked and walked and totally overshot. Oops...forgot my class is at T17. Instead, I walked all the way to the business block and almost crossed the narrow road. XD I think the ultimate reason is... I hit too hard on Kenny's big file on my head in the library. AHAHA! (Good thing I didn't break it... I think my head is as hard as rock) In the end, I was the latest for Jap class today. >.< Class was okie as usual and the mini-quiz was a lot easier than I expected. Haha, the only troublesome thing is sensei has remembered the three of us as the renowned late-comers. She was reminding us not to be late for the big quiz next monday after class. =X And oh yes, Jia Hui, study hard for the coming quiz. HAHA! Don't copy anymore!

I couldn't sleep properly yesterday night...=.= It felt like it went on and off. I didn't want to get out of bed so early though. Actually planned to wake up really early to finish up work I have piled up till this morning. =P But, oops...PP is lazy as usual.
I was rushing on the research for IFPD as Sharon wanted us to get everything done today. And, I got 2 maths tutorials to complete but I only started on one because there wasn't enough time. I haven't even started studying for my first QAAS quiz, which is tomorrow! UCK! I got so stressed by the time I reached SP. XD Urr...Sharon, mind slowing down a bit.. you are making me tensed up...
As usual, I was so so sleepy today but amazingly, I didn't doze off for any lectures. =) And yes, I got to say that Mr Amos Goh is really talking like a bullet train. The moment I started day-dreaming, I get lost, haha. After school, I saw Louisa's friend today! What a coincidence! We met each other for the first time after the Saturday service at expo. He's like studying at the other end of SP so I didn't expect to see him. It was like WOAH...just after we were saying we didn't see each other in school before on Saturday.

Went out for dinner with family. My eldest brother drove all of us to a restaurant (forgot the name...ahaha) at East Coast area. The car was like super packed with 6 of us. (including my brother's girlfriend) Almost all of us are quite big-sized. XD The place was pretty crowded when we reached. We still got to wait about 10-15 minutes even though we reserved a table.
Hmm...this restaurant serves ala carte buffets and also those usual main dishes. The usual (umm...quality) dishes are very expensive. In fact, the ala carte buffet is already not cheap per person. The service charge is like 50 bucks, I heard. O_O Anyway, quite a number of dishes are quite delicious even though they look smaller in amount. XD We ordered a plate of oat fried prawns and all the prawns are baby-sized, haha. Then, we also had shark fin's soup which was quite special. It's yellow in colour and my mum told me they probably added custard. There's a custard-like smell. They also have maki sushi which was surprisinlgy, one of the best dishes we ate today. (IT'S SUGOI!) My eldest brother even thought it tasted better than the sushi in Sakae.
It was very funny because later on, everything got confusing for the waiters/waitresses. We tried to check the order paper but the waiter's handwriting was like illegible. Wrong stuff kept coming to our table. And, desserts (cool herbal jelly with honey) came way too early...hahaha..we weren't even done with the main dishes. We had no choice but to take them first because they taste best chilled. Then later on, oysters came. Everyone else kept psyching my second brother and I, both shell-food haters into trying. My second brother didn't budge but I tried. AND, it was like EWWW...I really will never ever try anything like this again. It has an undescribable, intolerable taste to me. >.<
Overall, it's still not bad...we came home and my mum cut yellow watermelon slices for us. Ahh..really full.

Another Mr Tay's lecture! XD Today, he was being humorous again. He was talking about beta-carotene, about how they are good to our eyes and that carrots have alot of it. Then, he was saying that's why rabbits don't wear spectacles. XD Then , he also showed us the gold is actually an edible food colourant. He mentioned that the Japanese like to eat sushi along with gold leaves. Then, he was saying he would rather sell those leaves and get money, instead of eating them and passing them out like that. =X
At the end of the day, we got a food chemistry practical on natural pigments. OMICROD! And guess what! This was our first practical and we needed to write individual report for it. (SIGH) The horror is pouring in so quickly. To add on to everyone's headache, we got to follow some strict procedures for writing this report to Ms Toh. AIH. (influenced by NT =P)
Anyway, the pract was long but fun. My group has Hazel, Sharon and Hanni. It was my first time interacting with Hanni. A very friendly and humourous girl, haha. I think we could actually get along well with her and her gang. Our group was in charge of beetroot. So, Sharon and I went to cut and weigh it while Hazel and Hanni tried to extract the slurry from the spinach. Okie, I'm horrible in cutting stuff...we were supposed to peel off the skin too but poor beetroot. I made it look so injured and ugly. The beetroot is very purplish red, it makes your hands look bruised if you touch it a lot. XD And, Sharon and I were so high! We managed to get exact 200g (actually 200.something) of the beetroot pieces. Because of this, we just went HIGH FIVE and clapped so loudly that sharon's hands were hurting. Everyone was like surprised. AHAHA!
We also crapped with Guo Lun about the hair dryer. I think he was saying he wanted to dry his hair with it. Then, I said he has no hair to dry. (OOPS) Ahahha..I always seem to say the wrong things to him. He was "hurt" and told Shawn I was so bad. =X Liang Jue was also funny today. She screwed up the blender and the hair dryer, ahaha. So shocking at first..she went AHHH out of the blue. Haha, think she didn't cover the blender. And, I saw a tiny red cabbage leaf land on her hair. =P
Around 5, almost everyone left except me, booboo, Soo Yin, Kenny and Zhi Jia. We were squeezing our brain juices, trying to determine each colour of all samples in each test tube. We had like spinach, carrot, red cabbage, cauliflower and beetroot for this experiment. Some of the colours were so close, it's hard to see and name. Like... diry orange? Dirtier orange? Dirtiest orange? In the middle, we crapped a lot and booboo was so funny. She stuttered on PPT (She went PP..P...) and wrote barley water as bali water. AHAHAHA! Kenny spilled one of the carrot samples and tasted it accidentally. He said it was very very salty, worse than the vinegar chips. Ahahaha.
We left the lab at 5+. Still crapping and joking on the way to FC2. They were all joking about Cao Ge to a very bad extent. =X I went for Jap while the rest stayed at Mac for awhile. Ugh, my cold suddenly acted up and I felt so lethargic during Jap. Hahaha..oops..I haven't studied my katakana and revised stuff I forgot yet. Got to do it soon....

Today is a good day. =)
We had QAAS (mass) lecture first. Did more problems and became confused in the middle. What R bar and X bar...omg.. and even more charts. Actually, all the principles are about the same but I don't like doing them. Kenny broke the record again, AHAHA! He suddenly came in during break time, which was about 1 hr late. (PIG! =P)
Then, we had another interesting lecture with Mr Tay again. This time, he brought along with him Lay's vinegar chips and the (initially unknown) BLUE chips. Yes, I really mean BLUE. So, he passed them around to allow us to taste either kind. Haha, my gang took the blue chips. Quite a number of us already took sneak bites even though Mr Tay said we shouldn't eat yet. The blue chips are really nice. Curiosity pays off. =) Then, he asked who thought the blue colour is due to artificial colouring. Some of us raised our hands, including myself. But, the chips were actually made from natural blue potatoes. I was like O_O!? Mr Tay showed us the brand and told us we can find it in Cold Storage. He revealed that these chips aren't popular since it made its first breakthrough into the market. Many customers have doubts about the unusual blue-ness, haha. Maybe I'm getting the blue chips soon..hehe. Hopefully, they are not VERY expensive.
Umm...the last lecture of the day, was VERY, EXTREMELY boring. Of course, I fell asleep again. =X Omg...the lecturer is a very pro hypnotizer... She can easily bring down the whole class.
Then, YAY, badminton with 04! We went to Clementi to play instead as SP courts were all taken. So fun, haha! Eugene was so dramatic today. He was playing with Guoliang/Jed (oops..i cannot remember who) then, he tried to hit the shuttlecock which was going very backwards. And, for some reason, he lost his balance and went crashing/jumping backwards. He kinda stepped/kicked on Kenny who was eating KFC and as if like a no-brake car, he almost crashed into Yew Chun who was sitting on the bench behind Kenny. He hopped over the bench, just beside Yew Chun. Finally, the fence at the back that separated the table tennis area and the badminton court stopped his movements NOISILY. HAHA..just nice liang jue they all came back from toilet and all of them saw the crashing part. All went O_O.
We even played Zigity too. Yew Chun kept losing to the rest of us in Zigity, hahaha. XD Then, saw some primary school kids training in table tennis. The training looked pretty strict and not only that... they are really pro despite being very small. I think they are better than me =X Oops..NT..we slacked too much last time. HAHAHA!
Then, back to badminton. Booboo actually wanted to play the run-around-the-court game. (actually, originated from table tennis version) She was explaining with all her might. But, Kenny and Yew Chun were un-enthusiastic about it. XD I think they were lazy to run. After some hard time persuading, Kenny said okie and suddenly he went "1, 2,3 go!" and ran through the net. O_O!! ALAMAK, HAHAH! (dirty + crappy player) Booboo and I could die laughing at the spot. Booboo was telling him of course not through the net. XD In the end, we ended up playing score game with bet included. The team which lost got to run 2 rounds around the big hall. So it was Booboo and Yew Chun VS Kenny and me. Booboo's team lost, haha..sorry! And, they ran. Then, Guo Liang and Jed took over them and compete with us. I think it was Jed who increased the bet to 5 rounds. =X Hahaha..but he didn't play properly and I was getting stressed by Guo Liang and Jed. (both of them were very suspicious.) So, we kept tying in our score. Then, fortunately, I got a lucky hit and Jed missed. So, Kenny and I won riskily. XD
So, poor Guo Liang and Jeddy got to run the around the big hall 5 times. Then, I suddenly got enthusiasm for running. So at first I was tagging along with booboo who followed them first..then, I went faster and faster. Caught up with Guo Liang and also left him behind. =P Caught up with Jed, haha. I was sticking to him at the back almost like an irritating leech. AHAHAH! Then, Jed tried to "shake" me off by increasing his speed now and then. But, I think he was also at his limits..going huff puff. =X I didn't realise he actually ran extra 3 rounds. O_O For the first time, I got so much stamina. Maybe I miss running, hahaha.
Then, later on, on our way to MRT, we crapped a lot too. So funny! Talking about cheesy phone calls. =X
Beware of vending machines! I almost lost $1.10 to one of the machines in the hall. >.< The out-of-order paper wasn't there when I was using it! So unlucky..but good thing I got a refund back in the end after asking the counter like several times. Thanks to those who tried to help. =)

Today, Mr Tan went through something interesting about meat. Water holding capacity. He mentioned something like he used to prepare salmon burger last time. And it's a must to mince salmon meat at 0 degrees C due to some reason I can't remember now. (horrible memory) So, one of the guys asked like are we supposed to eat the burger at 0 degrees C. And Mr Tan answered something like yah, if it's needed. XD Everybody was like laughing at that.
Maths tutorial got cancelled in the last minute. Poor lecturer was like asking who wants to leave right now/much earlier (a few times) but nobody wants to be the baddy. =X In the end, he said those who doesn't have problems can leave. Everybody wanted to slack..oops.. Sharon went to ask some questions and Xing Fang and I were standing around, listening too. Then, Sharon requested the lecturer to briefly go through what's in chapter 3. So, he told us and I was like Eh, the steps are so familiar. And, I realised I must have learned it in MI last year. Reminds me of the old days there. I could even sleep in Maths lecture last time EVEN when I'm scribbling answers.
QAAS passed alot quicker today. We were doing calculations most of the time. It was so funny when all of us got stuck in Problem 1. It was actually so easy peasy..aww... Then, we were taught to tackle harder problems and they seem to be troublesome. Not difficult but sounds kinda tedious. There's possibility we have to plot the P/NP charts like twice depending on the question and blah blah. Wah....
SIGH. I got scolded again for sleeping late this very early morning. =.= I think my parents are getting paranoid with what I'm doing, thanks to my brothers' "history". I know they are worried..but..HAIS...
