Monday's Bike Laps

What a Weekend!

FRIDAY

Brad picked up Cole in Park City, UT. Cole had just finished "Cousin Camp" there.

Olympic Ski Jump

A real jumper!!

SATURDAY

We just happened to be there the DAY that the currents were the strongest of the year. (Some sort of ripe tide coming in from Australia?). The lifeguard told us something like that.

The kids still braved it.

Drew got a little salt water in his mouth. Cole thought it was extremely funny.

Wait for it.

Jump NOW!

Ok, now you Timmy!!

According to Brad, Wes is to boring to take photos of, so we don't have any of him.

Climbing the sea cliffs.

SUNDAY

Family Photos - please help us Britt!

Daddy and his clone.

An after church bike ride.

Silly girl.

We had to stop by the "jump section"

Can you see the concentration on their faces.

Made it! (With wheely's by both boys. I couldn't quite catch it on film.)

Sammie Lou, a little irritated that the boys were taking so long on the "jump section."

"Come back to your bike Sammie. Do you want to do the jumps too?"

"Are you sure you want to do the jumps? They are kinda scary!"

"Well let daddy help you then."

And a big jump at the end.

On the way home Drew made one of his famous skid marks.

Needless to say, we were all tired on Monday:)

A Summer Hair Do

Look at those luscious locks.

Drew - "But it's so hot and sweaty"

Mom "Alright fine you can cut your hair - are you sure?"
He was sure.
The prep work.

Ta - DA!!

He's been asking for a while, I've been dragging my feet.

He gets to keep his mohawk until Sunday.

How do they grow up so fast??

Wes's Blessing

4 kids, a brunch to host, lots of family in town, family birthday party Friday night, surprise guests flying in, a wedding on Saturday, 9 am blessing Sunday morning = horrible photos of ALL the events.

I'm sorry baby, this is all we got. It is in no way a symbol of how much we love you! :)
Grandpa Hank and Grandma Colette.

Some of the Edgrens.

It was such a special day, daddy did a wonderful job of your blessing, you didn't even cry! TONS of your family was there to celebrate, we all had a great time (we just didn't document it.) Thank you Wes for coming to us and completing our family. Words (or photos) can't express our love for you.

Daddy's Princess

Some princesses get showered with toys, flowers and treats from their daddy. This princess (in my opinion) has it even better! When she goes out with her daddy she get "sparkely shoes"

I don't think mommy's even taken her to Nordstroms before :)

Then he brings her home something even her brothers are jealous of!

Of course she wanted to ride right away, but "da da" had to make a few adjustments (the bike was meant to fit a 6-9yr old)

Such a proud Papa!

Such a happy girl.

Whew, finally we found something that wears our princess out!

She looks so harmless when she's asleep!

Sl2 & Wes

Inspite of all Sammie Lou puts him through - he still smiles when he sees her.
