A Baby Story
My last night of pregnancy. (still waiting for right photo, this is the best you get right now - sorry)
Going in!! Always a little scary, but VERY exciting!
The view from my room.
Lou-lou came by to visit when I was diallated to a 1. "Where's the baby? I want to hold it."
She was a little dissapointed when he was still in my tummy, but found other ways to entertain herself.
The gallery of grandparents, anxiously awaiting.
Wesley is here! After a somewhat scary delivery (cord wrapped around the neck 3 times and in a knot) he was born at 8:59 pm. Grandma Colette is sure it's because he's a 24 fan and didn't want to miss the adventures of Jack Bower.
All of you who know Colette or have heard about the Taylor Newsletter will appreciate this photo. I know many of you have been captured forever in film by the "disposable green camera."
The next day the visitors start coming. Thank you all, for the visits, gifts, supporting me, bringing me dinners, flowers and diet cokes. Helping drive or watch my kids, I never would have made it this far without you. I love you, I'm so lucky to be around my family and such amazing friends.
Wes gets to meet his siblings.
Smile :)
"Check out his peely feet! Ewwwe!"
Sl2 gets her first chance to hold him.
Sl2 wasn't quite ready to give him up when it was time to go.
We are so blessed to have another baby come into our family. We are grateful, he came healthy and both mom and baby are doing well. We count our blessings everyday. Welcome to the world Baby Wes, we love you and couldn't be happier that you are ours.

Day 4 (or 5, I can't remeber)
Santa Cruz
The boys took the kids to Santa Cruz for the day, it left us at home with baby and a somewhat quiet afternoon.
Everyone rode a few rides.
Drew
This was Cole's first time he reached the height requirement for the GIANT DIPPER.
Going up!
Going down!
Loved it!
They spent a little time on the beach. Good thing it wasn't to crowded.
Drew spent most the time throwing sand into the waves.
Maybe he'll be pitcher, look at that form.
I am just noticing that Sl2 doesn't have shoes on in ANY of the photos. Hmmm. . . they may have been forgotten?
Next time, maybe Wes will get to go.
