on the lighter note, i had a one-to-one exchange on my iphone.
problem started this morning. touchscreen was not responsive. my bluetooth too.
sent it for servicing.
and the salesperson told me that the hardware is already faulty.
got myself lucky. and had a one-to-one exchange.
