Here's the deal...
My camera has issues thanks to my 2 year old whose name I won't mention. It's not my fault at all that I left the camera sitting on the counter with the strap dangling from the side. It's not even my fault that she got all curious about what the hangy thing was and couldn't resist the urge to pull it off the counter causing it to hit the ground and break the battery compartment. This actually happened at our old house and up until now I've been using silly electrical tape (because I have no duct tape) to hold the batteries in but of course any electrician would know that electrical tape isn't meant for holding the battery compartment of a very nice camera that this guy got for his wife for Christmas 2 years ago together. Did you get that? Anyhoo...I can't find batteries either. Why would I be looking for batteries? ...because someone I know whose name I won't mention took the batteries from my broken camera for his playstation remote. So there are 4 reasons I've not posted any "new house" pictures yet. 1. My 2 year old broke my camera, 2. Someone took my batteries, 3. I am still decorating, 4. I hope to have most of you over anyway for fellowship. On a different note, I am SOOOOOOOO excited about the Couple's Retreat! Here's an older picture just for the sake of posting a picture...I thought this was so sweet.

Myah's 2nd birthday!
My little girl turned 2 on Wednesday, February 4. Not so long ago I felt those first twinges of labor and remember calling my mother in law early Sunday morning to hurry over as I had to go all the way to Tacoma. I remember my labor intensifying greatly on the car ride to the hospital and getting there to find out I was 8 cm. dilated. About an hour later I was in the birthing tub 10 cm. dilated in the pushing stage. Mrs. Emily arrived and 30 minutes later my first little girl whom I had longed and prayed for entered the world. We named her Myah Emily Casaus after our lovely Pastor's wife who attended the birth and lended her aid. I remember Josh turning on the Superbowl a couple of hours after she was born. I miss those days in the hospital learning the ropes all over again with another newborn baby. I miss the joy and anticipation of introducing her to the world for the first time. That is a phase that's finished now and yet I still have that "proud mama" feeling of my little girl. She is such a joy and delight and I must mention, loads of fun to dress! We had a last minute "party" for Myah at our new place. The McClure and Bedsole families showed up to help us celebrate our little princess, Myah.

Thoughts
So exhausted...moving...hard work. Chastening...even harder work. Unpacking, organizing, chastening, instructing, loving, playing, chastening, praying, running errands, lunch with a friend, chastening, up the stairs, down the stairs, aching muscles, coffee break, blog post...a summary of my day. God's good!
Boring post?...here's some pics...
Firstborns...blessings!
