Lidders Birthday
My Birthday because Cinco de Mayo translated is March 5th right? Sorry Daniel I had to.
Our camera's battery died while we were at the sand dunes so maybe blogging just got a whole lot easier since I can't take pics :) I really need to get that fixed soon!
I am just going to apologize in advance for the blog posts you are about to read and look at they are lengthy and its really late so I think I am funnier than I really am.

Rosemary and Roger
While we were in Arizona we were able to see Aunt Rosemary and Uncle Roger. It was so much fun seeing them. We met up for dinner since we were way busy and they were busy with Rogers birthday party. We wish it could have been longer, but we were so glad for the time that we had.
Kaylee fell asleep about 10-15 minutes before we met them for dinner. So, we had to wake her up which was really awful for everyone within earshot of us. She was Miss Personality for the first little while. Luckily Aunt Rosemary bought her a toy and took her on a walk, which goes a long way with a 3 year old.
After dinner Aunt Rosemary took Kaylee over to see a cactus and told her a little about them. From then on Kaylee was the cactus expert, took Mike and I over to see it and showed us the pokey parts. She was really cute.

Hair-a-zona
Yep I said Hair-a-zona. That is how Kaylee says Arizona its pretty cute. BE WARNED if this blog goes as planned there will be a ZILLION pictures to follow. Mike, Kaylee, Lidders, and I decided we were FINALLY going to Arizona to see our awesome family there. We haven't been there since before we had Kaylee so we thought it was time. We had only promised to go every time we saw one of the Wirths so we thought we would make good on our promise.
We left on a Tuesday, Mike had to take the written test for patrol (which he passed). He thought it would be over between 10-11 he finally came home at 1ish I think. So we got started a little late which was really hard on us because the kids didn't really sleep the whole way down. Plus Lydia was sick with an ear ache she had one just a month before so she had to be on something stronger than amoxicillin, which gave her a massive diaper rash. BUT, me being the mom of the year called the Dr. the day before we left and got some prescription stuff for it. But it was too little too late we had to stop A LOT for diaper changes which was AWESOME.
We made it to Cedar City for the first night. The next day we made it to Hair-a-zona. We pretty much didn't see much of Kaylee for the rest of the trip. She was outside non-stop, I would get her breakfast and she would be gone. Make her eat lunch: gone. Dinner: gone. She loved the warm weather and having her "best friend" Ashtyn, and Jake. :)
We spent almost a week at Jennifer and Robb's house then they took us with them to the Sand Dunes near Yuma it was so much fun! Mike had a blast playing on the Dunes and I tried (unsuccessfully) to keep the girls from turning into sand creatures.
We had so much fun in Arizona and hopefully we can make this an annual trip??? But I must say:
I have decided, a little too late that not ALL my pictures need commentary. So you figure them out.

BOBBY AND JENNA: YOUR TURN!!!
I know you can't see their cute faces but I love this pic of Kaylee and Ashtyn going down the slide. This is my favorite picture of Kaylee at the pool in Cedar City. She for some reason was scared out of her mind and was trying to climb up Mike. Swimming lesson will be awesome.Kaylee going with Emilee in the Rhino. My little girl all grown up.Cody ready for the ride.
Mike and Robb ready for the ride.
Kaylee and Ashtyn drenching each other in the drinking fountain.
I just want to put it out there that I really want the caption of this picture to be "ba ba ba ba bad! Bad to the Bone!" But I will spare you my dorky-ness :) I can't help it a cute girl on a tricycle, come on even you are singing it now right?Busy Girl Makes For a Busy Mom
I'd like to say this is the first and last time Lidders did this. It was the first (hence the picture). The cuteness of this little trick of hers has run its course. I have cleaned up this little mess more times than I care to count :) She is a busy girl and still pretty cute even when she makes a mess.
Uncle Nick
I have been sooooo bad at blogging lately. Its so much easier to put pictures on facebook than to blog about it. There has been so much going on these last few months! The biggest news is that Uncle Nick came home from his mission. We are so glad to have him back! Kaylee is so excited he is home. Kim and I are always saying what a great Uncle he is to our girls! We are so glad he is part of our family and that he loves our little kids so much.
Kaylee waiting to see Uncle Nick.
Olivia excited to see Uncle Nick for the first time :) He had two nieces to meet when he came home.
Lidders waiting too!
Kaylee was a little shy at first but am happy to say it only lasted a few minutes. She and Nick are best buds again.
Kim, Rena and I made these shirts for the girls to wear. They said "Welcome home Uncle Nick." They all looked so cute in them :)
