Our First House

This is our first house we built and bought. We lived at 2626 W 1360 N Clinton, UT. We moved in July of 2004 and sold it in September of 2010. I really enjoyed decorating and making it our families first home. There were many firsts for each of us in this house. I am sad to move but sadder to leave our neighbors and good friends.

Change in life is always good. We are happy and doing well and will always have the memories from our first home. The friends we've made will be friends forever.

The City of Rocks

My Parents live less than an hour away from The City of Rocks and we have never been in the 9 years they have lived here. Saturday we went there on a family outting and hiked around and enjoyed the beautiful scenery.

Sydney and Maelle tried out their rock climbing skills. It was a little frightening but well worth it.

The Lion King

We were lucky enough to go to see The Lion King at The Capital Theatre in Salt Lake as a family. We decided to take Front Runner and then Trax. Our first stop was P.F. Changs for dinner. From there we walked over to the theatre and saw the show. It was awesome! The girls loved it and it will be something they will never forget.

Once again we had a great time at Raging Waters celebrating Madison's birthday.

Sydney's baptism and pool party!

What a speacial day we had! Sydney's baptism was awesome. There were so many family and friends there to support her. She was pretty nervous but did a great job. Sunday she even bore her testimony in Sacrament meeting. Speaking in front of a lot of people makes her very nervous so that took a lot of courage. Dave and I are very proud of her. She is a wonderful daughter of our Heavenly Father. After the baptism we headed over to the Clearfield Aquatic Center. We rented the pool for just our party so it was tons of fun. The food was yummy and the so was the cake. Thank you to everyone who came to the party. Thanks for all of the fun birthday gifts. Sydney loves them!

Sunday, when we were in Idaho, we were rebels and decided to skip my parents Stake Conference and take a jaunt over to Shoshone Falls in Twin Falls, It was so beatiful and the water was very high and raging. They say it's the Niagra Falls of the west. If you ever get a chance go and check it out. Make sure to go in the spring and by 10 am or else you will be waiting for hours to get into the park. We had a great time and enjoyed the beauty of the earth that God has given us.
