I can't believe my baby is 3!

I know it's cliche, but where does the time go? My baby is 3 and going to start preschool this year! She is really having a hard time deciding if she is still a baby or a big girl. Sometimes she insists she's a baby but more and more she prefers being a big girl. She is definitely growing up and so is her attitude! She is becoming more and more like her sisters everyday. She can be so sweet one minute and oh so sassy the next! I think she is getting excited to be a new big sister even though I'm not sure she knows exactly what that will mean. I'm excited to see what this next year has in store for us all. Happy Birthday Chandler

While I am posting I had better include our whirlwind weekend. It started off with a rodeo in Spanish Fork, the Bull Wars in Kamas, the demolition derby, 2 parades, 1 talent show performance, 1 family reunion and to top it all off a birthday party! Whew! And that doesn't even include poor Greg helping haul hay, and moving and branding cows on top of all that!
Except for the farming part we all had a great weekend. It was the girls' first time seeing the derby and I was a little worried about how they would react. At first they didn't know what the heck was going on but they really liked it. Especially Gracie which was a shock. Now we go back to boring summer until school starts up and then we can countdown till baby comes. Here are a few pics from the weekend. I thought I had more so Grandma Linda and Jamie better send me some.

Our 4th Of July

We had a really fun weekend. To start it off we took the girls to the Oakley Rodeo and they had a ball. They loved the clowns the most and afterward they even got to go down and take a picture with them for Greg's work. They sat Chandler up on the barrel and she was holding on for dear life. I didn't take a picture so I hope I can get a copy. When we were walking out to the car, she said "that was a nice barrel".

On Saturday all the girls were in the parade for dance. Even my baby rode in it! It was kind of weird with just me and Greg sitting and watching the parade with no kids.

Then after the parade we always go to the Crandall's afterward and spend the whole day. The kids love playing with all their cousins and we love hanging out and eating way more than we should. You can see the fireworks from Oakley from their house and we usually do some of our own. The girls loved the sparklers and pop-its even though in this picture Hayden looks scared to death. Then after all the excitement of the weekend was over we had our ultrasound on Monday and found out we were getting another girl. I have to say everyone was a little disappointed it wasn't a boy but now we're all getting excited and can start fighting over a name. Of course everyone has their own favorite so it will be interesting to see who wins. I'll admit I was a little worried. After 3 girls I'm not sure how we would handle a boy. Plus I have a basement full of girl clothes and we would have to start from scratch. Greg did already mention his concern over the hormone level in our house in about 10-15 years. Everything looked good with the baby and the due date stayed the same and because it will be another c-section the doctor even said we can plan on going in on the 11th of November unless something comes up. And believe me nothing better come up.
I almost forgot. We got pictures of our little munchkin. This is her little face and large Averett Cranium. They said she almost weighs 1 pound which is weird. I feel like theres at least a 4 pounder in there already. Oy! I've got a long way to go!
