If Only Shopping Were Always This Fun!
J and I have recently been shopping for a new mattress and bed and so Jace has put lots of time in at various furniture stores. He has been very patient with us and we visited stores over and over again to make our final decisions. Today we went back to a store for the FINAL time and realized they had these little car carts to push Jace around in. If only all the stores had had these, he had such a great time driving around and it kept him so distracted while we took care of business.
P.S. Jace prefers the Sealy Posturpedic mattress best.
What are those?????
One of Jace's new favorite activities is watching bubbles float around his head. At first he wasn't too sure of them and didn't quite like them landing on his head and face, but they don't bother him any longer and he loves to reach for them over and over.....and over again. Sometimes a bubble will even land in his eye and he just rubs his eye for a moment and then he's back in the game.

My Best Buddy
I can't believe I haven't put a picture of my best Buddy Eli Melton on this blog yet. I love to grab his face and pull his ears. He loves to come over and smile at me. Eli is two weeks younger than me and his mommy is my mommy's friend. Today we had a Discovery Toys Party at my house and a ton of new friends came to play with me. Eli brought a lot of his toys to share with everyone.

It's Finished!
Andrea's photographer at her wedding in April took portraits of all the individual couples and families. I had ordered ours a while ago but could not find a frame to fit it. Last week we had a frame custom made for it and it was ready yesterday. I love it! I've attached the proof from the website because I can't get enough of how cute Jace looks in it.

Jace Sitting
A few weeks ago Jace started to sit up. He is still working on catching himself when he falls to the sides, usually he face plants and just patiently waits there for us to help him back up. Usually he falls over when trying to reach something and if falling helped him achieve his goal, he often continues on playing with the toy on his tummy if his arms aren't stuck underneath him.
