Jarom is such a Character, he keeps us busy, and laughing. I don't know what we would do without him.

our future home
Big News!!! We are going to buy a house just outside of Rigby. It is 3 bedrooms, 2 bath on the main floor, and has an unfinished basement for us to work on. We are so excited! If everything goes well, we will be closing on January 10th. It is hard to imagine what it will be like to live in our own home where we can do as we please, but I can promise you one thing... we will love it!!!
Christmas Past
It is hard to believe that another year is nearly past. It seems like this last year has passed us by so quickly, but given us so much to be thankful for. We had a wonderful Christmas. We were able to have some fun with Thayne's family on Christmas Eve, and then enjoy the entire Christmas day together... just the three of us. It was nice to not have to rush anywhere, or do anything. It was also nice to have Thayne home for four whole days. That was almost a record. We spent most of the day eating our Christmas candy, playing games and watching movies. Thayne got me the fourth and fifth movies in the Love Comes Softly series, which I LOVE! We also got The Ultimate Gift. Another movie that I would highly recommend. All in all, it was a wonderful Christmas. Although we usually leave our Christmas tree up until closer to New Years, this year it was far more dead than alive, so we had to take it down while it still had a few needles still on it, but the trail of needles it left behind once we finally removed it from the apartment was proof that it didn't have many left on it.

5 months
So Jarom is five months (and three days) old. I can't believe it has gone this fast. He weighs 16 lbs and is 27 inches long, so it is extra hard to find clothes that fit him because everything that fits him in length is too big around, and everything that fits him around the middle is too short in length. He is learning to sit, and I know it won't be long before he is sitting on his own. He has also been teething lately, which has been a real challenge. Along with the fevers, he also screams for at least an hour or two every night. It is miserable for all of us, but I know we'll get through it. Thayne is working on getting his CDL, and has his driving test on Friday, so wish him luck!!! I also just got called to be on the activities committee for our ward. This will definetly be something new, but fun I am sure. It is starting to feel less like fall and more like winter every day, although we have had some sunny days I know the snow is just around the corner.

October 18th
Good news!! Jarom finally rolled over. Atleast from his stomach to his back that is. I was wondering if he ever would and getting a little bit tired of him yelling for me to come turn him over every five minutes when he got tired of laying on his stomach. About a week ago after Thayne came home from work he got down on the floor with Jarom and within about ten minutes had taught him how to roll over. The next day Jarom started doing it by himself. The last couple of days he's decided that he needs my help again, but I am sure it won't be long until he is rolling across the floor and getting into all kinds of trouble, then I will really be busy.

September 17th
I just thought I would put up some pictures and such because it is so hard to get news out to everyone. Things are going great! We are doing good. We took a little trip to Oregon to visit my family this last weekend. It is good to be back home. It was so much fun to see everyone, but the drive was long. Jarom is growing so fast. He keeps me busy all day, but I enjoy every minute of it. He is getting so close to rolling over, I know it is going to happen any day now.
