My precious boys' baby hands and feet:

So I have this great friend named Rachel P. who helped me do these fabulous foot and hand molds. I tried to do them myself several times to no avail! Anyway, for as squirmy as the little dudes were...they turned out pretty good! I love them! I am going to put them in a little shadow box with their newborn beanies, etc. So I will post pics when I finish that. Here are the molds for now:

Oh...and don't pay attention to the fuzziness of the pictures. My camera is broken so I had to take these with my cell phone.

Aren't the little wrinkles and dimples in his hands so cute?! Haha...I love it. And now I will get to see and remember them forever!

My homemade purse organizer insert:

So I decided to make a purse organizer insert after getting SO tired of digging through the black hole in my diaper bag/handbag. Plus I get tired of transferring everything when I want to switch bags, etc. etc. etc. And since leaving my house is like packing for a vacation, I decided I needed to do something to make things a little easier. There is so much stuff I need to have with me pretty much at all times. Here are the things I HAVE to have in my bag: 10 size 1 diapers (5 for each baby), 3 Marshae size diapers, wipes, nursing cover, spare pacifiers for each baby (plus pacifier wipes), documents (insurance cards/immunization cards, etc.), my glasses case, cell phone, day planner, baby meds and extra emergency onesies. SO...I almost bought one of these things online for like $20 but then I thought...why don't I make one that fits each of my items exactly? So I measured each item and ran off to the store for my white vinyl and zebra print fabric (which just happens to match my wipe container...totally didn't realize until I was almost done. How convenient LOL). It took me about 2 or 3 hours on a not so industrial sewing machine and I about broke my needle several times but here is what I came up with!

So...all of my bags already have a pocket for my cell phone and at least one other little pocket where I can put like the babies meds (infant tylenol, colic tablets, etc.) and then, I just wind my organizer however I want and make it so there is a space in the middle or side where I can easily slide in my day planner and a few extra onesies and burp cloths.

So now I can just re-fill everything once I get home from an outing and any time I want to switch bags I just pull out the insert and throw it into the other bag...it's working out pretty great so far!
