I know, I know...it's been a while! Just a little something I wanted to write about before I forget :)
Have I told anyone lately how much I LOVE my daughter?! She is so stinkin cute AND smart by the way! We just had the cutest conversation.
Me: "Marshae, have I ever told you that you are my most FAVORITE daughter!"
Marshae: "Uh huh...and YOU are my most favorite mommy too!"
Me: {exaggerated jump for joy} "Yea! I AM?!"
Marshae: {Giggling like she was SO tickled!} "Yep! And daddy is my most favorite daddy too!"
Me: "Aw that's so nice Marshae"
{Brief pause...and btw I had given her melatonin to help her sleep not too long before this conversation}
Marshae: {Sounding slightly drugged haha} "This makes me so happy mommy, I'm so glad we're our favorite. I love you SOOOOO much!"
{So I went and requested a kiss good night since I could tell she was startin' to go, to which she responded with this:}
Marshae: WE should hug now!
Haha...and of course after going out to the kitchen for like two seconds I came in and she was totally conked out! SO she was a little drugged but at least I am still her favorite MOM in the whole world!
And before that, it was funny cause she just randomly started naming all the people in our family and said "FIVE, mommy...there are FIVE people in our family". She's so smart! :) Just wanted to let anyone know in case I haven't said it lately, how much I love her. She just adds so much to our little family and I couldn't ask for a better little helper with her twin brothers. A little scatter brained, yes...but what the heck, so is her mother! I am so glad we were blessed with her in our home almost 4 years ago (next month!)
My babies are 20 months!
In case anyone was interested...here is the boys 20 month pictures. I could not for the life of me get them to both look directly at me at the same time, but I guess that's what happens when you are "momographer"! I have to say, they are pretty stinkin cute though! LOL

This is the boys new trick!!!
So...the boys can apparently get into each others cribs now!!! It would be one thing if they just laid down nicely together or something, but they just fight and hurt each other! The cribs are on the lowest setting...so NOW what do I do?
AND so...I just had my booth at the "What Women Want Expo" on Friday and Saturday! It was SO much fun and I met SO many fun people, I can't wait to do it again...fun but exhausting, of course!
This is what happens when you have a pyromaniac in your family...
Left my 13 year old sister in charge for a couple minutes while I went to drop the van off to Jake at work and have my mom take me home. Had been gone a matter of minutes when I got a call that my HOUSE was on fire! Fortunately it was just the roll of paper towels that were sitting on the back burner, when MALAKAI decided to turn the burner on! He usually tries to play with them while I am cooking, but rarely succeeds in actually turning them on from the off position since you have to push in, and then over...but apparently he was successful at it today! Guess it's time to invest in some of those knob cover things I have seen from "one step ahead"! In the pictures below you will see the "top" of the paper towel holder :( as well as the ash on my stove hood, and at the bottom, what is left of the poor paper towel roll!
Just some random pictures from the past couple weeks...
So, picture number one is "innocent" little McKade! Don't worry, this is a common occurrence. Notice the locks on the toilet seat! Haven't got around to getting a lock for the toilet paper yet, haha. Generally I keep the bathroom doors shut, but every now and then they sneak in, and this is what I find. Using toilet paper off the floor is getting a bit old, but I'm sure I'll miss it one day!
Below is a picture of what Marshae does in her spare time. Yes, this is an ice cube tray full of pepper!
The rest of the pictures are from when mommy went BY HERSELF to the park! That was gutsy, let me tell ya! LOL

As you can see...these are my two little hoodlums! |
Having WAY too much fun at the park! |
Yes, this is my little monkey, McKade! |
You know how some days you wonder WHY you are STRESSED?!
Well...today was NOT one of those days! I was in the middle of cooking dinner and giving my daughter her medicine when she started shrieking about needing to go potty! So, I rushed her to the toilet, all the while, in a hurry before my pot on the stove over boiled. I wasn't gone very long obviously...but as soon as I came back, I saw THIS in the living room:
AND this:
SO, instead of getting mad (which I WAS a slight bit...YES, that is my Fiber One cereal) I decided maybe I would laugh at it later and take a picture in the meantime. So that's what I did. Trying to hurry since the pot was still about to over boil in the kitchen!
So I put my camera down and ran into the kitchen to check on my pot when I found THIS:
YES, that is MALAKAI this time...emptying out my Wheat Chex! Hhmmm...people that say they want twins, did you think about the DOUBLE trouble?! LOL Yeah, pretty sure I KNOW why I am STRESSED today! No question there! But, instead...I thought I would blog it and laugh about it later. I wonder why I can't ever get on top of the house cleaning. And no...this really isn't that unusual for my house these days!
