Firstly.
MERRY CHRISTMAS TO EVRYONE WHO HAS FOUND THEIR WAY TO MY BLOG!
Spent my christmas eve with Ansen (my cousin) at Orchard yesterday.
Met him at 9.45pm at Orchard MRT Station which was so packed! There were lots of police there to mantain law and order. (Even a riot bus was on stand-by -.-) Both of us were walking with the crowd like headless chickens. Everyone just seemed to walk and walk, to follow the people in front of them, since there was no way u could go against the one-way crowd flow. There was one point where the police stopped everyone from going front, and shouted at everyone to turn back. When everyone started turning around and pushed and shoved, Both of us were sandwiched in between people like packed sardines. I could even lean back, cause there would still be someone supporting me from behind.
Lots of people were also holding snow sprays, to spray at passers-by randomly. Snow sprays were actually banned, and police went around catching people selling snow sprays. Sellers carried boxes of snow sprays, and went around selling 4 cans for $10. I saw a police van filled with lots of boxes of snow sprays (around 10 boxes) , probably those were the ones they confiscated from people selling them. Almost everyone walking on Orchard Road would get sprayed by snow sprays la. Ansen and me got sprayed too (On our hair).
Almost everyone with snow sprays "attacked" the bangalahs. Those bangalahs were a little poor thing, because when a group of people holding snow sprays spot those bangalahs, they will shout 'AH NEH!' and call people around them to spray the group of bangalahs un-relentlessly. So simply, that means everywhere some group of bangalahs walk on Orchard road, they get sprayed. But they seem to enjoy it alot.
Reached home at 1.30am. Luckily the MRT operation hour was extended specially for yesterday.
I have some pics of the scene at Orchard. Sorry about the image quality (Took them with my phone)

My family and dad's friends came over to my house just now for a gathering. My house was very crowded! They left at 11pm. :D
