My new favorite blog is called Song of Style and is as close to the ultimate way I would dress (if my wallet would let me). Check it out!

Because I am a sucker for vintage and secondhand, and the fact that I live in vintage "coup-de-ville" Milan, I have bought my share of old clothes this semester.

Some of my findings: JilSander army jacket, suede brown ankle boots, beige shoes, and oversize clutch.

Pretty inlove with this Isabel Marant vest. Especially over a leather jacket. Note to self: raid the loft in search for some Indian substitute.

One week in Milan and this morning I went to the amazing city of Copenhagen to attend the Fashion Summit 2012. Today I spent some quality time with the city in the sunshine.

Got me a little something something from the store Gossip: an Isabel Marant bracelet. I can not get enough of that brand!

Last but not least I spent the last two weeks of Spring Break in Oslo and Bergen. The outfit was for a wedding we attended. Dress vintage, shoes Zara and clutch Comme de Garcons.

And that puts us at present time.. Have a great evening! I have a coke and chips with my name on it.

Cafe Propaganda is the perfect place to start a night out and to catch a glimpse of the cool Roman crowd

MAXXI

Last but not least, my boyfriend and I went to Rome. And I loved that city! I loved it like London, like Buenos Aires and like Copenhagen: I loved it for being big yet warm. Beautiful without pretentious. A city with soul. We ran around seeing everything that has to been seen, but if you haven't been there yet I would recommend going to the MAXXI Modern Art Museum. It is designed by the talented Zaha Hadid and represents the new era in architecture in Rome. Best part: the tourists are nowhere to be found.

Famous Amfi Taormina

Skirt used as dress Zara

Next up we went to a place called Taormina, close to Mt Etna and Catania on Sicily.

Missoni bikini finally in use

Turquoise toenails

Too much sweet Sicilian wine at The Kasbah (recommended! The wine and place). Dress Ganni.

Lately..

I have been tremendously bad with the blog updates, mostly because I am generally bad at it but also because I have been traveling my ass of in this amazing country. Now I am staying put in Milan (except for a tiny trip to Copenhagen next week, more on that later).

Anyway, the photos are from Sicily, on an island just of the coast called Lipari Island which Lonely Planet claims to be a little piece of paradise, and when is Lonely Planet ever wrong??:)

Yesterday I spent the day at Cervinia in the Alps. I was going with two friends who both had to cancel, so decided to go alone. I haven't had a lot of alone-time lately, which is good-time since you get to soak up the experience on a higher level. And talk to random people.

I think that the best conversations I have had in life is with people I don't know, just because they bring something completely new to the table. The best thing about traveling if you ask me.

M83-concert at Magazzini Generali. Excellent.

Last weekend was spent with my boyfriend in a freakishly little village called Tovo Faraldi, in a house beautifully renovated by his mother. What a place!

I never heard, or not heard, a more silent place in the world. Peace of mind.
