Trust & Obey
Dear God, there are so many things that I do not know how to handle. When things seem so smooth sailing, Lord they became nothing but dreams. It seemed like You gave them to me and took them away. Lord I do not know how to respond or react. I cannot get myself to be like Lot. Could it be that I have not pray hard enough? I guess so.
Lord please show me your will. Heal me from the many wounds that I have caused on myself. Lift me up with Your hands and let me stand. By faith and by obedience. Teach me to trust & obey - for the rest of my life.

Be Magnified
I have made You too small in my eyes
Oh Lord, forgive me
And I have believed in a lie
That You are unable to help me.
But now, Oh Lord, I see my wrong
Heal my heart and show Yourself strong
And in my eyes and with my song
Oh Lord, be magnified (bis)
Be magnified, Oh Lord
You are highly exalted
And there is nothing You can't do
Oh Lord, my eyes are on You
Be magnified,
Oh Lord, be magnified
I have leaned on a wisdom of men
Oh Lord, forgive me
And I have responded to them
Instead of Your light and Your mercy
But now, Oh Lord, I see my wrong
Heal my heart and show yourself strong
And in my eyes and in my song
Oh Lord be magnified
Oh Lord, forgive me
And I have believed in a lie
That You are unable to help me.
But now, Oh Lord, I see my wrong
Heal my heart and show Yourself strong
And in my eyes and with my song
Oh Lord, be magnified (bis)
Be magnified, Oh Lord
You are highly exalted
And there is nothing You can't do
Oh Lord, my eyes are on You
Be magnified,
Oh Lord, be magnified
I have leaned on a wisdom of men
Oh Lord, forgive me
And I have responded to them
Instead of Your light and Your mercy
But now, Oh Lord, I see my wrong
Heal my heart and show yourself strong
And in my eyes and in my song
Oh Lord be magnified

Everyone has the Rights to hear the Gospel
Paul has made it very clear in the book of Romans. How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can they preach unless they are sent? As it is written, "How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!"
We were commanded to 'Go and make disciples'. The Lord did not persuade us to go, but He commanded us to. Through the scriptures, it is made very obvious that it is God's will, God's idea, God's desire and God's plan for everyone who is lost to know Him. As His children, I hope that we are all convinced of this truth.
I have decided to make Romans 10:14-15 my life verse and "Everyone has the rights to hear the Gospel" my life statement. This is because I strongly believe that each of us (Christian) has been given the privilege and grace to come to know Jesus. This knowing will eventually lead to life, eternal life. Since this gift of eternal life is given to us so freely, we ought to share it with others.
I also think that everyone on this planet called Earth has equal rights to hear the Gospel. The reason why the Gospel is alien to so many people out there is because no one was sent to tell them. Similar to the passage (Romans 10:14-15), people need to hear before they can call upon the Lord. However, Christians are not sharing.
Evangelism is not optional. I do know some Christians out there who feel that evangelism is just another part of a Christian's life and it is not mandatory. However, i wish to seek this opportunity to make it clear that evangelism is never meant to be optional.
If evangelism were optional, it would mean that having a relationship with Jesus Christ (receiving Him) is optional. It should not be so. If it were so, Christ's death would be in vain.
God's redemption plan did not end at the point when Jesus died. His redemption plan started from Christ's sacrifice.
As Christmas draws nearer, let us remember that the reason for this season is Good Friday. The reason for Good Friday is to show the world (everyone) how their sins have cost the life of Jesus and they need a Saviour. The only Saviour is none other than the Lord Jesus Christ.
Let us seize every opportunity to reach out and remember that everyone has the rights to hear the Gospel, and we have to be the ones to tell the story.
