Soft Kitty, Warm Kitty

Katie had a half day on her last day of school before Christmas break, so we went out to lunch, then to the mall for some shopping. She picked out this cute kitty hat/scarf/mittens. It looks adorable on her. After she got it I made her sing 'Soft Kitty' to me (from 'The Big Bang Theory'). ha,ha

 

She also picked out these cute earrings. They are dangling guitars.

Robot... Made with Care

This past Fall Katie told me she wanted to make a robot. We started gathering materials for it and she got to work. She quickly discovered that it was more work than she had expected, which resulted in her working on it in four different sessions. In the end she had a very creative and BIG robot.

 



Gingerbread House and more from Elfie

Every year we make a gingerbread house and it's always been up to me to get the thing assembled. Well, they finally created a PRE-assembled gingerbread house. Yay!! So, I basically just sat back and let Katie do the whole thing.

 

 

Elfie has been busy this year. Sometimes he's mischievious and sometimes he's just hanging out. In these two pictures he is making snowflakes and having a bubble bath. 



It's the Holiday Season

We are in full swing of the holiday season. We've visited with Santa, decorated the Christmas tree, went Christmas caroling, watched Katie in her Christmas program at school and Elfie has been busy...
