Oh Boy!!! What a life!

Well, it has been forever since I have posted something. But my sisters seem to keep their blogs up so I will try again. Lots of life has happened since my last update. Hmmmm... where to start. We have all been working, going to school, working, trying to see each other, working, going on vacation. Oh and did I mention working? If we only didnt have to work so much to make a life. Oh well. Amy is living in Logan still. She is going to school. She hopefully will be graduating soon. She is going to be a dental assistant. Brayden has been going to Snow College. He seems to enjoy it. He will be going again in the fall. Teggan graduated from High School in May. She doesnt know what she wants to do just yet, hopefully she will find something soon. Me, I am working. Working at Gunnison Valley Hospital and Centerfield Care Center. Oh what fun. One of these days when I can remember how I will post some pictures of our vacation to yellowstone. We had a blast with family!!! Thats all for now! Teddi Sue

Teggan's Birthday

Hello again. I'm on a roll! Two posts in one day! Don't count on it again through. Well Teggan's 16th birthday was March 8th, 2009. I had to work, of course. So I wanted her to have something to embaress her. So I got up at 3:30am to decorate the door to the house so everyone would know it was her birthday. It took me forever to get the poster done and blow up the balloons. I also decorated the railings with streamer and balloons, but it was dark and cold so I didn't take pictures of that. Anyway, she didn't even know about the poster being on the door until her young women's leaders came over to wish her a happy birthday, in the afternoon. So all my hard work was for nothing. Oh, well. I hope she had a great day. We only decorated cupcakes for her birthday. I knew if I got a cake it would go to waste, cuz no one is ever home to eat. So we did cupcakes instead. I can't believe that my beautiful baby is 16 years old. It's horrible. It makes me older than the hills. I still have friends that have kids under 5 years old. I'm glad I'm not there though. I also have a friend who is a grandma too. And I am definently not ready for that either. Not for at least the next 5 or 6 years. Anyway, Hope you enjoy watching all these slides. Now, I just hope I remember how to do it again. I don't have cute little kids to put on here. Oh, well. Enjoy. And I will talk to you all soon. Have a great daY.

Prom Night, March 7th, 2009

Hey, all. I'm finally updating my blog. I'm only a month behind. Oh well. So here is Brayden's Prom night. With a few pictures. I was having trouble with my camera. So I didn't get as many pictures as I would have liked to. He had to be persuaded to go to the prom. I told him that it was a very important night for the junior girls, and if he didn't hurry and ask someone, he would have to ask someone he didn't want to go with. So after me bugging him so much he finally did ask. Her name is Demri Barker. She is a sweet girl. I think they had fun. They went to SLC to a fun park, and out to eat. He had to have her home of course early so she could get her hair done. She looked beautiful. When I was trying to get before pictures of Brayden he kept walking toward the camera and goofing up all the pictures. He hates having his picture taken. He was a stinker. Then I thought I would take more pictures of him leaving and he ran to his car. Slammed it into reverse and took off so fast I ended up getting pictures of the dark and the railing of the stairs. The car pictures are of his car. While he was gone to a baseball tournament in Kanab, I was worried about him leaving the car at the high school. Me and Teggan has drove by the school at 10:00pm the night before and it was ok. The next morning, mom(Pam) and dad(Gail) came to the house and said to hurry and grab my camera and come and take pictures of Brayden's car because it had been hit. So we ran down to the school and that's what we found. Demri had decorated it with saranwrap. Streamers, forks, eyeballs, feet, and ears. Then the last pictures are of My handsome hunk playing baseball. My absolute favorite thing to watch! Isn't he handsome. He has gotten so big. It makes me feel old. I will also try to add some new pictures of him later. He was hit in the eye and had his eyebrow split open, and had to get stitches. Everyone in town was freaking out and calling me. It was hilarious! I had about 13 calls in 15 minutes. When he broke his arm in football, no one said a thing about it until 4 hours later. The baseball coaches told me that blood gets alot more attention. He's fine and has been playing with the stitches. So it doesn't get any better the older they get. They can still get hurt. Love you all. Keep in touch. I hope you enjoy all my pictures.

Christmas outing!

Hey, Here it is the day before Christmas and I'm sitting here playing around with my blog page. I have been trying to get some pictures onto here and have finally got some, although as you will notice I got one upside down. And I can't figure out how to get it changed. If you place your mouse on the picture it will make the slide stop so you know what that picture is all about. So this is a trip that some of my family took to Temple Square to see the Christmas lights. We had a blast. I had not been there forever. And my two youngest kids has never been there before. So we planned the trip for a Sunday night, so that we could all go. It was me and my kids, Amy, Brayden and Teggan. My parents, Gail and Pam. We came to SLC from Manti. And from Logan my brother Ben and his wife Jen, and their two cute kids Haedyn and Tylee. Also from Logan, my sister Sheena and her fiance Colby. We went to eat and then went up to Temple Square. As we got closer to the temple we realized it was the Christmas Devotional at the Conference Center. So there was a lot of traffic. But Temple Square wasn't busy. We went to the visitor center and went up the spiral walkway to the Christ Statue. It, of course gave me chills and made me cry to see that wonderful statue. It is so beautiful walking up that walkway. It makes you feel like your walking to heaven. We slowly made our way through temple square with all the lights. There are so many! We got a nice picture with me and the kids in a covering of trees with orange lights. I thought it turned out pretty good. The reflection pool was beautiful. The nativity scene was in the center, and you could see the reflection of the temple in the pool. This has been the highlight of my Christmas Season so far. I know when I post these picture my sister in Dallas will be crying as well. Well quess what Steph. I thought of you the whole way through the temple grounds. I know you and the kids and Brit would love to come and see these lights. We wish you would have been with us. Also we has another sister and her family missing. Katy, Brian, Ashton and Bam. We missed them too. Okay I had better get busy finishing up with my Christmas lists. Have a wonderful Christmas Season. And may all your wishes come true!
