Our One Year Celebration :)

What a blessing to be married to my very best friend! Over the past year I have realized more and more how much God has blessed me with the most wonderful husband to partner with in all aspects of life. We have learned how to live together, laugh together, serve each other, serve others, meet needs, and hopefully glorify God through it all. As my dear friend says, marriage truly is, "Like a sleepover with your best friend on a school night that never ends!" We have been blessed so much this year, treasure your prayers, and pray you would continue them for us!

Our trip to Mexico was a great time of restoration, relaxation, and time with each other to dream big, communicate deeply, and have alot of fun...and food!

Almost a year!

Scott and I truly cannot believe we have almost been married for a whole year!!! It's been amazing to see how God can use another person in your life to encourage you, mold you, and bring increased joy to your life. We love God's gift of marriage and are excited about our one year trip to Mexico!

As for everyday life currently, it is summer!!! I had a great year of teaching and am excited about the break. Last week, I felt special the entire week as my family, Scott's family, my co-workers, and my wonderful friends helped me celebrate my birthday. I will post some pictures.

This week has been full of cleaning house, starting to pack for our move in July, and getting lots of little details taken care of. Scott is currently at a conference, which he was quite excited about. He had to leave at 3:30 am, so pray he can stay awake today!
