S-I-X

Wow - Miss EllieB turned 6.  Kind of unbelievable.  For some reason, I never picture her growing up...yet she does...every year.  This year we had her party at Amazing Clowns - she shared her birthday party with Brookie's best friend Ella.  Neither kid minded sharing, and this way we could work together to create an amazing party for the girls!
Amber made both cakes and cupcakes - they turned out better than I imagined!
This is Ellie's cake:

  Ella's cake:

 The cutest cupcakes EVER!
The party favors I put together...not nearly as cool as the cakes!

 And the whole spread!

A little birthday interview on stage

Ray was our clown - he is the clown that sets himself on fire in "O"...he has never missed one performance since the show opened!  He also does story time at town square (which was how we met him) He has other people to do parties, but Amber requested him and he showed up!  He was really really great with the kids. He had a treasure hunt, balloon contest, dance contest, limbo...he also performed for us!

Brooke and Chloe LOVED the free rides!  They also had free arcade games for all the kids to play, as well as a bounce house!

cake time!

Make a wish sweet girl!

With 2 kids having the party, we thought it would be best to do presents at home - Ellie LOVED every single gift she got!

Happy birthday my sweet sweet girl.  You have a heart of gold and we love you to the moon and back !!!

Catching Up...AGAIN

These are all probably out of order...life is just plain crazy right now, so I can't remember when things even happen.  Pictures are mostly from my phone because I remember last minute that I need photos of these kids and our lives!

Alison had a opening ceremony for the soccer season

The dog ate her glasses (seriously!) so we had to get new ones...

This girl, who prefers eating her cereal outside in the morning...turned 6!!!!

yep, she wore her crown all day and through dinner!

this was my facebook post...pretty much sums up how I feel about this birthday.

You know how on Christmas Eve you go to bed early, because the sooner you go to sleep, the sooner it will be morning? I want the opposite tonight... When I wake up tomorrow, my baby will be six. SIX! How in the world and when did this happen? We are 2 months into school and I still miss her every day. I hate that I have to share her with the world, but the world is a better place because of her!

B shaved his head and grew a nasty mustache for our race...it was pretty funny though!

Brian and I ran a mud run for our anniversary with Christina and Jim...it was SO FUN!  We are going to do one every year.
He said he didn't want me to get him anything, but I did anyway - passes for 2 people for the mini race cars.  The real ones, not the kid ones.  He has been wanting to go and I got a good deal :o)  I also scheduled emails to send to him every half hour with a different love quote each time.  I'm sure that was his favorite part of the day  lol.  Actually I think he turned his phone off after about 5 of them.

Later that night, the 4 of us went to dinner and a comedy show at the Improv.  It was the best day and the perfect way to spend our anniversary.  This boy of mine is the absolute perfect fit for me.  I couldn't have picked a better man to spend this crazy  life with.
(thank goodness he shaved!)

Last weekend we headed out on a much needed date night, just the 2 of us.  We went to Frozen Fury - the Kings lost big time, but it was still fun.

Brooklynn went on her first roller coaster ride at the mini grand prix!  She LOVED it - yeah, another kid to ride the coasters with me!!!!

And that is some of our life for the past month!  I have been volunteering at school a ton, working out barely at all, and driving my kids from place to place.  Ellie's party is in a few days, so we have a few things to wrap up before Sunday, soccer and softball games to be played, pre-school to be taught, and a house to be cleaned...so now you know where to find me!
