Turner Family photos- July 30.

Aunt Jill and Sam came into town to see us before we went back home.  And since we were all together and had coordinating outfits, we thought we'd try for a photo of all the grandkids.  We ended up getting quite a few cute shots.

After the pictures and awonderful meal of Skyline Chili, we headed back to the park for an early celebration of Dash and Georgie's birthdays- with silly string.  What's more fun than that?

Stop #9,724- Back to Ohio- July 27-29.

How long have we been gone?  Where is our house?  We don't remember any more.

We got back to Uncle Kevin and Aunt Elizabeth's house at 3am and they were up at 5am to take Hudson up to Michigan for a check-up.  That's cutting it awfully close!  Especially when there are 7 kids in your house.
Before we left northwest Ohio for the final time (maybe? Who knows anymore), we spent the day hanging out with our Seibert cousins.  Grandma can keep a firm hold on the two youngest, for now.

The 6 oldest took their lunch outside.  Thankfully, this summer was so much cooler than the hellishly hot few weeks we spent in Archbold last summer.

Papa is in the middle of marathon training.  Georgie helped him work the knots out of his sore calves.

We bid farewell to northwest Ohio and headed back down to Marion, where Henry was spending the weekend with Grams and PawPaw.
The girls put together a tiger puzzle and thought Bea would camouflage well in her tiger jams.

Just like this fearsome growler.

Yikes.

Almost as fearsome as this set of teeth.  I think we'll call this a mouth only an orthodontist could love.

Grams said we had to finish the ice cream she bought for us.  Who can refuse the request of a grandmother?  Not us.
And June and Sadie took up residence in their favorite climbing tree.  I believe they also hung about 20 stuffed animals in the branches of the tree in an effort to create an authentic habitat.

The last day in Colorado- July 27th.

After the wedding, we had to take someone back to the airport, but then had about 6 hours to kill in Denver.
First on our list was visiting Dinosaur Ridge. I had been begging Brandon to go there all weekend.

Don't eat my baby!

Besides awesome dinosaur statues, Dinosaur Ridge also has hundreds of actual dinosaur footprints made hundreds of millions of years ago, back when Colorado was coastal.

It was awesome.  I was pretty excited about the whole thing.

We got to touch some!

Look how many there are!  Look how excited Bea was!

Next up, we went into Denver and ate some gourmet hotdogs. This one was a deep-fried pheasant brat, I think.  Again, Bea was super impressed.

Next stop- Coors Field.

The Rockies were playing the Pirates.  Check one more stadium off our list.
Last stop- The Great Divide Brewing Company tasting room.  Now Bea perks up.

Unsurprisingly, this is how we spent the whole flight home.  What an awesome weekend!

The big Day- July 26.

Brandon got to do some hiking while the rest of us were taking care of wedding things.
You guys are lucky we even came back from Colorado.

It's beautiful.

We can see why so many people vacation there.

And we weren't even there in the winter.

Back to the main event.  We had the entire bed and breakfast rented out, plus many of the surrounding vacation houses.  I was up early ironing table runners on the big day and came back to this handsome man playing mandolin to a baby on a balcony.  See what I mean about almost running away?

But not it was time for the work to start.

Back to the official photographer.  Bea won the day for laying on the floor for 5 hours straight and just being wonderful in general. I made the cake topper out of fabric I used for the table runners.

Queen looked lovely in her dress.

The wedding was really fun, if a little hot.

And these two were adorable and cute.  This was a seriously joyful wedding, guys.  They shouted "I do."  It even made my cold heart melt a little.

Once the ceremony and pictures were finished, it was time to do some serious partying.

I swear we didn't make Matt hold the baby the whole night.  The best part about having everything at a bed ad breakfast?  We were able to put Bea in our room and we could hear her from the reception if she cried.  Best wedding ever.
