Halloweiner!

"Woof Woof"
Reading books with the puppy!

"Ew!" Not a fan of pulp
Festive House
Snuggle Puppy
Trick or Treat
"Spooky Chili"

Super Halloween! Carved pumpkins and bought Jackson a "woof woof" costume (as he would say it). He wore the costume ALL DAY long because he LOVES dogs and it felt good to have a puppy again to snuggle. We ended the night with "Spooky Chili" our new tradition.

Franken-Jackson

Boo! Scared you! Here is the creepiest baby ever! Loving the Frankenstein hat Justin's co-worker Misty knitted for baby J. Made him do a mini-photo shoot to commemorate the occasion + we had my school's Fall Festival where I am ALWAYS a witch. Halloween is not my favorite. Hence my 4 years at WSU...cheerleader for 3/worked the 4th. I wish it was my thing, but I'll live through Jackson from now on quite contently.

P.S. = Heaven

Posh baby
Loving the crib from the hotel staff

Family Pic...thanks stalker lady who volunteered to take a picture of us 3 and then proceeded to take 45 pictures of us in the pool...some of just me and a LOT of just Justin...hmmmmmm

Frank Sinatra's Old Hotel
When's cocktail hour?
My boys...I'm a lucky girl

I think Palm Springs will be my heaven, when I go there some day. I am instantly relaxed the moment I drop my bags in the room. The Riviera was the BEST. I went before it was remodeled and it has changed SO much! Best customer service ever and we had a great time. We even got to meet up with Annie and Patrick to continue celebrating their engagement. Pools, sun (especially when it is gray and drizzly at home), 2 hour drive, shopping, yummy food, vino, and being AWAY feels so good. Big thanks to Dana who gave us a voucher so this night was....FREE! That was the best part.

Pet Me

Ew...what is that???
Climbing stumps is cooler I think than petting bunnies and Guinea pigs
Love the one finger touch
What's the big deal...it's about 90 degrees out and I'm in a pumpkin patch
Corn Maize Navigator
Wow! I'm getting so tall!
Gross! Get this amputated hand out of my bucket DAD!
(removed it each time we put it in his bucket...so funny)
Dad's tickling me!
Mom is silly too!
Dad's new lover...Cookie the Cow

On Saturday Justin finally had a day off from training for his new position at Capital Grille...grand opening October 18th...so we drove to San Clemente and went to Zoomar's Petting Zoo (which I found on Groupon). It was kinda cute, had this HUGE fenced in corral of bunnies and Guinea pigs that you could pick up and everyone bought carrots, broccoli, and lettuce to feed them so there was a lot of food for them to eat (A LOT). Jackson was totally not interested and wanted to climb the stumps instead. Then we went to the pumpkin patchish thing and did their tiny corn maze. He liked to play in the dried corn kernel sandbox with amputated spooky hands the best. Justin made friends with Cookie the cow who had a Gene Simmons comparison worthy tongue, and we didn't take Jackson on the pony ride because you had to buy tickets on top of admission and Justin was already ticked that the cashier gave the people in front of us free food but made us pay (so he returned the food before we left). We saw the goats (who are such disgusting animals) and then we went to Pizza Port and had the best time with a big yummy pizza and cold brewery beer. So...in the future, I'd skip the petting zoo, and head straight for the beach followed by pizza. Nice that we all got to have a family day out in the So Cal sunshine.

Go Cougs!

Today I took on a big feat and did an all-girls tailgating with Jackson. I was scared of the EZ up and the drive but it was so fun. Forgot music, but we pulled up next to a full on DJ with turn tables and one car away from Bakus and Chad Epeneter (Pikes). So fun to see all the random Cali Cougs band together on this special day. It was a great morning and the game was SO HOT so we left after only 10 minutes because Jackson looked like a tomato. Great first football game and very liberating to know I can do tailgating with just girls. We have to plan the next UCLA vs. WSU game better in 2 years because it is so fun!!!!
