This week is definitely gonna be a yummy week. As long as im home, i'll be definitely cooking new stuff! I just have this urge to just whip up all the good food! I cooked Chicken and leeks, gazettes yesterday and it felt great to be whipping up good food again.

I'll definitely be making the stuff that i learnt frm Brendon while I was in Sydney and also i'll be making some stuff inspired from the new Jamie book that i recently bought and also the magazine tat i got from Sydney.

I have a wicked recipe for bbq ribs and chicken and there are also some stuff that i wanna try to make, like scallop and mango salad, and clams risotto and maybe some creamy mussels. Argh i cant wait. They've been stuck in my head for quite a while now.

The girls (nat and linsey) are crazy over the grapes gazettes that i made yesterday and both are urging me to make more and more. Haha.

Thank God i have more free slots right now, but of course there's my FYP research. It has started and i'm doing this research on a new coating technology and hopefully it'll be easy for me. My prof has been kind and my supervisor has been good to me too. I'm enjoying the moment right now since it gives me some time to do my cooking too! =)
