sick at the wrong day! haiz. i spent my only free day this week sleeping all the time. haiz!!! the next few days, i got many things to do! hix. =(

today still ahvent really recovered. i managed to sleep half the day off! was really drowsy in the morning despite not taking any medicine. i must have been that tired. in the afternoon, though, went to stay in the hotel with elaine. only had the energy to go and find her. im glad i went, cos in the night when i have felt better, found a great deal! i bought lingerie, a pair of mocchasines and a pair of slippers (nickerman, the slippers that's like birks). i have been finding for the mocchasines for quite some time now and finally today i found only the left side of the pair that i wanted. it was really horrible of those people to just scatter the shoes around, which makes searching for the other side is soooooo hard. in the end when i gave up, i found this couple who were collecting different sizes of the mocs that i wanted and i saw the right side of the shoe that i wanted. i just approached her. the one that i was wearing was a size 6, it was okay but a size 7 would have been fine and i just couldnt find a pair of 7s. and that couple has it. thank god he wanted a 6, the 6 turns out that it has some stains on it. elaine quickly asked me to pay for the size 7 before he changed his mind. i think i spent about 45mins searching for the right side of the shoes. It was really horrid people nowadays. But it was cheap!!! it was only 9.90 for a mocs! normally it's $50++!

the slippers was 30 bucks, and it does look like the plain-coloured birks. i would rather buy this nickerman rather than birks (for the plain coloured ones) which is 96 bucks! hopefully next week can go and shop for clothings. hmmm... must work doubly hard to get extra money now. =)

woke up with my throat in pain. by afternoon, i was sneezing non stop and my body gets weaker. and so at the end of my 2nd week in school, i fell sick. how great is that!

thank god the weather has been co-operative, not too hot! yearning to eat porridge later... hmmm yum yum... argh finally resttttt....

i realise there's a lot of pictures that i havent uploaded since the com was down. mainly it's the fireworks pictures. they are so cool! took them with my manual camera. I had fun taking pictures of the fireworks and it was a great exposure too!

Setting: Marlin is damn tired after spending the whole day in school. She's got a terrible headache that came with a slight fever. She was supposed to end school at 9pm. At 7.50pm her phone vibrated.

sms from her dearest housemate," Lin, i just made a very stupid mistake that i have to demand you to come back asap."
my reply, " you realise i end at 9 today?"
nata, "I know, but i've just gone down and i forgot to bring my keys. T.T"
me, " fei? why dont u go to lot1 walk ard, get me dinner as well, hang around at the lib."
nata, "Never even bring ez-link, and im in my pyjamas o.O!"

i burst out laughing! couldnt even reply. thank god that the class was laughing at some jokes. after 1 minute, it occured to me the urgency to go back, but i couldnt leave the class that only has 25 people in the whole room! thought of all the possible moments to go but no chance, furhtermore nata had told me that she found a companion to chit chat with her till i reach home.

it was so funny! managed to get her to cook dinner for me too! *grins*.. though it was only instant noodle, she rarely cooks (in fact i think never ) for me. dont worry peeps, till now i havent had the run! it's safe, i trust her.

not having ur com around is the ever perfect reason to skip or miss out on early morning and last minute project meetings. and also it's the time that u get to do a lot self-reflections and all other stuff. one great example is sleeping early. without the com around i'll be asleep by 11+ but now just see it's 2am and im still blogging!

but not having my com, means im disconnected from my dearests at work and overseas. another dilemma. just miss them so much! miss chatting with them and just crapping too! school is really slowly draining my energy right now. the project work is really going to kill me soon! and im only in my 2nd week of school.

i have been a good girl, attending every lectures. hopefully it does help with my grades. so far the stuff that im learning are that of the past modules. hopefully i get deeper understanding of it and be able to do better this time round.

yay!!! my baby toshi is finally out of the hospital!!! it's got a new harddisk now. =)

so suay, my com crashed on me. now pretty much saved by my psp. but obviously i cant chat tat's y im very bored.

looking fwd to enjoy my weekend. all that fireworks!

my sis came over a couple of days ago, and she brought a lot of dvds for me. and a lot a lot of my fave chips. she came over for a study trip for a night! and it wasnt really for a study thing just seem like a shopping nite for her.

school's starting in a week. =( hol coming to an end. =( =(

went through one of the worst weekends in my life. and i thank God that He's there for me all the time, as well as the people who stood by me and tried to cheer me up. all is well and picked myself up again. the last time i was helpless and i could only watch from afar how my loved ones had to deal with their loss by themselves. this time i wont.
