talked to stef this afternoon just after i woke up!!... it was so good to hear from her again!!! she finally got her own skype... and im glad it's working well... and then called mei to ask her to come online too! and to let her hear stef's voice too!!!
i've been ill-treating my throat with all the cny goodies stuff that now i am having my cough and sore throat again! =p.. but nvm this one will be gone real sooN! hehee...
well anyway this cny passed very fast and actually even busier than last year... but a very tiring one and im glad today is a public holiday so i could actually rest and really refresh myself...
i organized a dinner for the indos last nite well a small one of course... if not i'll be broke... and the house would have too much cleaning to do... we also celebrated harry's birthday too with him and hody being sabotaged into the pool... at least its the pool not the koi pond! hahaa.. we played with our new sparklers that makes A LOT of NOISE.... hahaha. sounded really like fireworks display!!!
on cny eve we had a steamboat reunion lunch since i always have reunion dinner over at my uncle's and cant have any reunion dinner with the people at home.... and it was okay... we were gorging ourselves with food until i was so full!!! and i couldnt eat much during the dinner... i was bloated and i got really sleepy... so tempted to take a nap but i know i couldnt...
then after that went out for the next 2 days for the hunting season!! =p... collected quite a bit.. and yeah happy!!! hahahahaha...
the day before CNY eve, i went out with meiyi right... her boss is darn bloody nice!!!! he gave her 200 bucks hong bao!!! and she found out just before we go for dinner at far east chicken rice.. the moment she found out abt the hongbao she right away told me to find a nice place to eat and it would be her treat!!! so sweeettt... and the whole time we both were still shocked over the hongbao thing to find a place to eat!!!.. it was really funny her heart was beating so fast and i was just stumped!!! hahahaa... but in the end we went to eat at bakerzin... it was niceeee... and then we had our dessert in gelare... wanted to take a nice pic but due to lighting and mei's face was so tiredddd all our pics looked weird!!! hahaha... well she didnt manage to find anything that day but im not so sure abt whether she managed to get one during cny eve....
okay now im feeling sleepy again!!!! arghh maybe go to sleep now... hehehehehe... horrible and terrible me....

current dillemma is whether i shud go for IA (industrial attachment) or not...
Yes: Year 4 is gonna be a bit busy with the FYP and stuf flike that... + I still got to take 2 more electives or maybe 3 to go..... If i go for IA, means nite electives classes...
No: year 3 sem 2 gonna be very relaxing... can take as many modules... year 4 not taxing... but no job experience...

spring cleaning....
im tired.... have cleaned almost every part of the house... i manually mopped the house... and yeah it feel so good that it's now so clean and dirtless (though im not quite sure it's gonna be like that next week)... then there was lots of small things that i need to pack to make sure my room is tidy... i havent really cleaned my room since i came back.. today was a good day to really stay at home... it rained now and then so the weather was really nice...
made a bit of changes in the house... Oh and we didnt keep the xmas tree!! we kept the ornaments and hanged hong-baos on it.. hahaha... so lazy right!!! i guess when it's time for mid-autumn, we are gonna hang little lanterns on it!
so far school been kinda confusing week! haha... why do i say that? cos each time i go to a lecture i get confused and dont know what's going on... well tutorial week has started and sad to say my timetable is really terrible... almost everyday i start at 10 and well some days i end at 2 but others i end at 6!!!!! (mei: no more lunch with u tis sem)
yesterday went to Chinatown with nata, man... it was packed with people!!!! i got shoved, pushed but thank god not pickpocketed... it was really hard to move ard... people sometimes just doesnt give way and some even pushed us... we went there to go take a look at some chinese new year goodies... i went to buy the small popiah thing and pineapple tarts.. there were some of unusual stuff .. i see yellow pomelo looking like a really huge oversized lemon... then there was the lots of different coloured melon seeds.. ohh and i see that marshmallow seems to be the new trends this year!! and boy they were really expensive... the usual marshmallow that goes for 2 bucks can go to 6 bucks this time.. we bought this whistling sparklers too! hahhaa.. just stocking up i guess...
anyway this year at least i can have a reunion lunch at home... most prob just a steamboat lunch... =) at night, i still gotta go back to Eunos for reunion dinner and then hong-bao hunting till monday! monday nite dinner... tuesday most prob will be spent outside or maybe at home... not sure... haiz defintely i need to finish all my tutorials by fridaY!!!! arghh.... hopefully can finish...

Im studying the Egyptian number in my General Elective Module.. ghahahahaha actually a lot of leanrning abt the ancient computation to the modern... now is egyptian i dont know what's next... when i saw this i was like WOW!!!!! i didnt even know when i started bidding the module...

the greens were taken at a museum.. it looks like some uni right.. and the rocks were taken at palmsprings somewhere near LA... it is actually a town that looks so much like Mexico except for the people.. and they specialise in arts and craft from wat i gather...

im back... have gone for my first day in school.. met lyd tez and fanni! had a great time during lunch... but i guess im still a bit jetlag... was so bloody tired during lect and i couldnt sleep last nite...
was having a hard time understanding wat's going on too during lect! it's like wat are they talking abt that kind of situation... a lot of revising old stuff.. and tiz year the timetable really sucks.. most of my lectures is from 10-2 hardly we can take lunch at 12...
my cough hasnt gotten better and i have gone to see a doctor.. it just seems to me like asthma... haiz... but well he said it shudnt be... and just hope that my cough will be better.. evrynite i have cough attack!! i had to actually sit down and let the cough pass before i can sleep again! haiz... wat a bother...

going back to reality real soon!
well today and tomorrow morning will be the last 2 days of my trip here... The trip has been fun, memorable... There's time where we get closer to the Chiu family... With all the kids... with all the adults.. a time where i get to see other stuff besides tall buildings in sg and boring places in surabaya...
Down here buildings are low and very peaceful... but they've got so many highways and freeways here.. enough to really confuse me but the good thing is that they've got a really cool GPS system in their cars...so u will never get lost actually, unless those stuff got cranky..
Evryday is blissful since there's nothing to think abt.. everyday is enjoy and enjoy... food and food all day long... These last 2 days have been eating a lot.. I've stayed close to a month and have not gained but i think the last 2 days is enough for me to gain some weight...
Like just now Cindy made us Spaghetti for dinner and brownies for desserts.. they were great and i ate a lot of it thinking those are the only stuff... But a while later David came and insisted that i should try KrispyKreme donughts... Boy they are good!!!! but yeah i was too full to eat another 1 so ended up eating just 1... it is really good and not as dense as Dunkin...
I love pizza here... they are really good.. If they ever have this kind in Sg i probably can eat like 1 large pizza by myself without getting all full and stuff like that.. It's really amazing how we can eat without feeling the flour expanding in our stomach... I should have taken a pic of the pizza here huh!!!! I think i'll do that tomorrow... Hotdogs are also simple yet they taste great!!! with the relish ketchup and mustard.. But i guess i cant take the idea that they've got no chilli sauce in the fast food places..
Anyway im gonna miss this place... The people are nice... the environment is nice... but i dont think i can stay this far away from Sg and indo though i like it.. That's y i guess tomorrow i'll be back to reality.... See ya all this sunday.... Bye States... My Holiday has been full of fun and enjoyment.. Thank U!

Universal Studio
well currently in LA like i said rite.. today due to unfortunate circumstance we didnt make it to Disneyland. Goign tomorrow instead.. Today we went to this place Palm Spring, it looks so much like mexico man except for the people.. spent our day ther just relaxing and hanging ard...
but the best so far has been yesterday when we went to Universal Studio though we were rushing from each place to each place to get to watch all the attractions and studio tour.. they were having kingkong over there.. and then there were rides that really makes ur heart stop. there was the mummy ride rollercoaster which goes on NOS(this nitrogen fuel thing that makes the train superfast) when it went forward and then stop then went backward!!!! all in the dark!!!
then there was the jurassic park ride where it is a splash down ride.. when it went down, it was so dark and plus we felt detached from our seat.. All of us couldnt even scream becos we felt more like flying rather than sitting...
those rides were the most fun!!! had a lot of fun in there.. we were all so amazed at how the movies are made all using the same set!
Too bad didnt have enough time to take pictures!!! so deprived!!!..
Anyway HAPPY BIRTHDAY MY DEAREST BEST FRIEND STEF!!!! hope u have a wonderful birthday with Darren dear... love ya lots and come back sooon!!!

Happy New Year!
HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
i know it's a bit too late but yeah Happy New Year guys.. so sorry for the long hiatus... partly it's because my com has been hogged by the kids to play online games..
I owe a lot of people a birthday wish huh! Happy Belated to JoE, Tim Tay, Fei and anybody whom i havent mentioned.
Currently stranded in LA, in my friend's relative place. And boy her place is just like a storeroom everywhere. It's so messy and everything is just everywhere. I will post up the pic soon! It's a pity that such a nice house is never taken care of. And man it's not even a guy who is staying but a lady.
Anyway everywhere is so dirty and now that i have a bad cough, it doesnt help me to recover much, since everywhere is so dusty. Anyway i still have 10 more days before going back! and going back itself takes 2 days! Again the transit in Taipei is gonna take half a day!
Im an early riser here. The latest i ever wake up is 9!! I am always awake at abt 5+ am. Funny huh! hhehehe... The weather here has been bad, it's been raining and there's storm almost evrywhere. If u heard in the news, some places nearby us are already flooded and man yesterday in San Jose, i saw for the first time how bad is the wind in States is when there's a storm. In the streets there are trees falling and debris from the trees, cars got swept by wind. and practically no one even dare to go out. We didnt even go to church yesterday!
Okay i will continue my story tonight and post the pics of the messy house.
