Hmmm have managed to pass thru the busy week and at least now i have gotten used to the timing and everything. Actually i have come to realise that now i have ample times to study on a routine basis. At least i do my tutorials and labs preparation before attending the classes.
Anyway just writing to say im fine and well, there are things on my mind but yes i guess im managing well. I am trying to hard to try and do my best as a Christian student and defintely i want to grow spiritually. And yes, im proud to say that at least right now, me and nata have decided to have weekly bible discussion a.k.a cellgroup meeting at home. Well im hoping that i can get non-Christians to come as well to join our light discussion.
At least we both have taken the step to go further in our walk with Him.
Anyway with the new piano at our house, everyday we never stop singing all the church songs and well occassionally nata plays some pop songs. One song that we never fail to sing is my choir song. It is actually a benediction where the Lord gives us His blessings.
This song is actually one of my favourite song and it has a very meaningful and touching lyrics actually.

let go of the past, God has a greater future for you.
i know i havent been blogging. Well a lot happened and i was really busy to write them down here. As much as i want to blog it, time is just not on my side. Anyway my tutorials have finally started and gotta admit that they are difficult as ever.
Yesterday i was called up for the Overseas College interview and it was okay but then i dont think that they would be satisfied with my profile. Anyway i will just leave it to God's hand. If it is His will that I go there, then i will go.
Received stef's letter today when i met meiyi! So happy to see the familiar handwriting!!! and man gotta say that snail mail is better than email becos of all the anticipation and all those stuff! and the feeling when u get the letter is fantastic. The moment i left mei's office, i was walking and reading the letter (almost knocked onto a pillar!).
Finally get to see meiyi too during lunch. My classes are so crazy that i can only meet up with her for lunch on alternate weeks!! ANyway when there's a chance to meet up, i will meet up! Was hoping to see sheena today but then she got work! And hey sheena, ur office is just opposite of my uncle's old office! haha..
Oh and my internet connection is driving me crazy. The router is spoilt and tomorrow gotta go and ask for a replacement.
Anyway last sunday, the guest preacher in my church gave a sermon on christian fathering and his story really touched my heart to the point that i almost cried during the sermon! all God's wonders and messages were present! And it was like he is giving his personal testimony. It's just that it's almost unbelievable that a child could love God so much. While playing a game, her dad asked her wat was her heart for and she immediately gave the answer, " My heart is for loving God". Can u imagine that a 3 year old kid could understand what's the meaning of loving God! And yet a lot of others out there are actually rejecting God or turning away from Him? I was really touched by it.

I am trying hard to change and I guess i really need a lot of His guidance to be able to change. A lot of others out there are much better Christian than me. But i guess i just have to work hard to being a better Christian myself. there's no one else that im competing with to be better except myself.

so busy and tired out..
well school has started for the past 2 weeks now.. and yes im tired even before tutorial starts.. it's been a crazy first few days in school for this week. Always starting at 10, im quite tired out with all the things.. at least i still try to find in between to do revision and yes im gonna be better and more hardworking than before.. must try to improve myself
Now that i m really learning important stuff, i must be serious. Cant afford to make any blunders.
Anyway i signed up for NUS Overseas College where i will get to stay overseas ( get to choose Sweden, Bio Valley, Silicon Valley and ShangHai) and work full time for a full year and do my part time study in the renowned uni of that place. When i graduate i will get a minor and the credits i get would be equivalent to a year studying in Singapore. well hoping that i can get it. But i dun wan to let other people take my room!!! It's so heartwrenching!!!! My parents are supportive about it though they were saying where they would stay when they have to come to sg. Anyway right now still waiting to be interviewed and yes it will be quite tough since there are many rounds of interviews that i have to go through. Oh anyway my choice of place to go is Stockholm, Sweden. At least some place different that US.
Okay im really drained out, going to sleep now.

Happy Birthday Singapore..
well im filled with awe after i watched the fireworks display at marina south just now. It was at midnite and the streets were filled with people watching and just sighing in awe. Some of us even screamed wahh!!! But truly i never watched it this late.
At 1030 or so i received nata's msg abt the she going to the fireworks display there, so i just told her to be careful while down there. And then after that i was telling fei, my new housemate that there's fireworks. And she said that she has never really watched fireworks "live" and that was about 11. So waited for her to make the decision and then 20 mins later, we were out of the house, on the way to the place. When we reached there, there was a jam already and we had to walk to marina there.
Amazingly there were many people there and at 12.00 MN, we heard the first BaNG! and then everyone was amazed and really in awe of the fireworks. It lasted for 15 mins and well definitely i didnt miss the chance to take some pics there!! it was really beautiful!!!

happy..contented..
well IM defintely still high with pride over seeing my best fren in the Good Looking people column!! who wouldnt be rite? How good can ur life be stef?? Really envious of u!
Anyway this week has been spending time in my cousin's office. Well reformatting her com is really maddening.. Been going there everyday until people in the other office (cos they have 3/4 offices under 1 floor) asked me who i am and stuff like that. So they had a title for me. The IT rep from Rego Ins. So funny.. then the aunties all recognizes me with fei piao mei (chubby cousin) who loves and adores their coffee. I was normally wearing my normal outfits till slowly i start wearing things that would make me look as if im working. Been fun! Then carrying my laptop in those black briefcase-like bags. Look so much like im working..
Anyway my router at home had a funny problem just becos a firmware is not updated. Well at least i learn something new again about networking. And then i think next time can start doing for people. Oh but the help desk lady was a Phillipine and she was speaking English with an American accent which of course comes out rather unpleasant and a bit of confusing, which makes me repeat pardon for the hundredth time. And the automated answering machine was a Chinese lady who recorded an English message. It was difficult to figure out what they were saying.
Hmm im so looking forward to learning this module called engineering visualisation. It requires a lot of drawings and using the computer to draw machine parts and stuf like that. I saw it and man, i am so excited! hahahaa.. cos it seems like those really engineers designing. hmmm..
Oh I havent gone shopping, but i am currently addicted to e-shopping!!! hahaha.. yeah have been bidding for LV wallets.. man just a bit more i could have gotten the wallet. But then yeah not my luck see. In my list now i have a O2 IIs on waiting and then my audio system for my hi-fi. Have been looking for the audio system for quite sometime and i think i really get a good deal! Tomorrow morning will be able to see the O2. But tomorrow maybe i cant see the audio system and i dun want to lose that deal!! haiz.. desperate for that deal actually!
OKay going to watch movie tomorrow. Tomorrow will defintely MUST refrain from buying things other than presents... If not before month end i would have spend finish my money!

been so long..
finally im back in blogging... a lot of things happenned.. from my baby laptop has to go to sydney without me, and me having to sit and watch my newly installed scv at home all day, then preparing for my cousin's wedding and finally the wedding itself and then helping my cousin rushing through her report. It really drained and sapped all of my energy.
This evening i came back feeling battered and really miss my bed and pillow. When i reached my home, i just headed straight to the bed and slept.
Anyway thank goodness though i didnt have to feel so bored at home by myself without my laptop. THough nata was back, she had to accompany her brother since he is here for a holiday. I went shopping at Orchard myself and man, got quite a lot of things. Got myself a new bolster, those kind like hotel pillow and i really love it. Looking fwd to finding the pillow though. Well i didnt really want to go shopping alone, but since my cousin msged me from sydney that she couldnt find her present for the kids, she asked me to try find for the presents in Singapore.
And then for the first time, i went to Airport evrday that week to fetch my cousin, her husband and then to meet Eli. And well since my cousin came back, i hadnt been at home. And i was staying at her place or eunos with them. Helped her with her report since she really got mental block as to how to start and all. And man, hers is so good in a way that the lecturer has given them all the materials needed for the report. It was really different from materials given to a full time student. Haiz.
And then the wedding, a messy one actually but yeah and it really felt like the Chan family was marrying a son off to the other side of the family. Well nobody in the family like her and i guess it was sort of not a blessed marriage since everyone was sort of disapprove of their marriage.
Anyway it's a week more to the start of school. Have to really enjoy this last week. And gosh i really miss u guys alot people... HUGSSS to ALL!!!
