Tässä kortissa käyttämäni Magnolian lehmäleimasin on uusi ostos, väritin kuvan Distress-musteilla. Paperit ovat My Mind's Eyen On The Bright Side -lehtiöstä, reunat on ressattu ja kerrostukset tehty ekopaperilla. Sulattelin kartonkileiketervehdyksen päälle ja kuvan ympärille vähän frantage-kohojauhetta.

I have just bought the lovely Magnolia cow stamp and had to make a card with it. The image is colored with Distress Inks and the papers are form My Mind's Eye's On The Bright Side paper pad. I used kraft paper for layering and distressed all the edges. There's Frantage embossing powder around the image and on the die cut sentiment.

Vaikka pääsiäiskorttien aika on tältä vuodelta jo ohi, tein kuitenkin vasta ostamistani Reprintin vintagekuvista pääsiäistä - tuleehan se joka vuosi uudelleen. Paperit ovat Echo Parkin For The Record 2 -lehtiöstä, reunat on taas ressattu ja mustinkin niitä vähän. Tervehdysleimasin on Stempelkellerin.

Leimasin on Sarah Kayn Stampavielle suunnittelema, värittelin kuvaa ProMarkereilla, Spectrum Noireilla ja Distress Markereilla. Paperit ovat Dovecraftin Curiosity Corner -lehtiöstä, reunat ressasin kevyesti.

A card with a sweet stamp Miss Ladybugs from Whiff of Joy, I colored the image with Distress Markers and melted some Frantage embossing powder around it. The papers are from Raspberry Road Designs and I've distressed all the edges. There's also Alenee's Glitter Snow on the papers and flowers.

Leimakuva on The Greeting Farmin ja värittelin kuvan Spectrum Noireilla. Teksti on dymotettu.

I made the background by melting three different embossing powder on kraft paper. The stamp is from The Greeting Farm and I colored the image with Spectrum Noirs. The sentiment I made with Dymo.

Tervehdysteksti on Heidin korttipajan kartonkileike, johon sulattelin kohojauhetta päälle.

Askartelutaivaan Magnoliahaaste #24 - Muotokortti

Tämän kertaisessa Askartelutaivaan Magnoliahaasteessa tehdään muotokortteja eli kortin täytyy olla jotain muuta kuin neliö!
Omaan DT-työhöni leikkasin neliökorttipohjasta eri muotoisen GoKreaten stanssilla. Leimasin on tietysti Magnoliaa ja värittelin tällä kertaa Spectrum Noireilla. Kuvan ympärille tein pieniä helmiä Pearl Penillä, siipiin lisäsin kimalleliimaa. Taustapaperi on DoCraftsin Lemon Sorbet -lehtiöstä, leimailin siihen hunajakennoja Bo Bunnyn leimasimella ja kohokuvioin mustalla jauheella. Pyöreä tekstileimasin on Circle Itin.

The cute little Tilda has been colored with Spectrum Noirs for a change, there's glitter glue on the wings. I added some tiny pearls around the image with Pearl Pen. The yellow paper is from DoCrafts Lemon Sorbet pad and I used Bo Bunny's honeycomb stamp and black embossing powder to make the background.

Tein tämän kortin appivanhemmilleni, kun he saivat uuden koiran. Kortissa käytin Helz Cuppleditchin Dovecraftille suunnittelemaa koiraleimasinta, kuvan värittelin Distress-musteilla. Pinkki taustapaperi on lehtiöstä, jonka nimi on Paperblock Baby Pink, valmistajaa siitä ei ole selvinnyt. Tekstileimasin on Stempelkellerin.

I Made this card for my in-laws as they got a new dog in the house. I used a Dovecraft dog stamp designed by Helz Cuppleditch and colored the image with Distress Inks. The pink paper in the background is from a pad called
Paperblock Baby Pink, I don't know the manufacturer.

Tästä tuli tahattomasti jälkikäteen mieleen Hitchcockin Linnut-leffa, kun nainen tuntuu hiukan kavahtavan lähestyvää lintua... :)

A blue toned vintage card with Reprint's image. The papers are from Prima's Moulin Rouge pad and I've distressed the edges. The sentiment has been embossed on vellum. After I saw the finished card, it reminded me of Hitchcock's famous movie The Birds as the lady seems to be afraid of the bird coming nearer... :) This was not intentional.
