We are still here :)

It has been forever since I blogged...life has just been to busy...here is a Hodge podge of pictures....I redid my office..went very bright and I like it a lot:) The girls threw their own back to school party and all I got was this shot of Ana..bad me...they invited 14 girls from the neighborhood and they did all of the games and food...it was super cute. They all started school...all are great..love their teachers and have already made new friends. Wy started preschool and he loves it..I was so relieved. We are now knee deep in soccer and dance practices, and church stuff...only free day I get is Friday night :( oh well.

Chris had a birthday and since he was on call we wanted to do something to make his day fun so we snuck into Chris's office and decorated it for his b-day. 

The kids thought it was a blast. Happy Birthday Babe!!! We love you.

So I got my results back from  my sleep study and while I wish I slept as good as these cuties pies.....
 




But instead I sleep more like this...





And now I know why...I have horrible sleep apnea....I get to sleep with a c-pap machine :( ...lucky Chris...he will get to wake up to Darth Vader now Ha ha!!!!

Brace yourselves

Summer started off with a bang for us...Ana got her tonsils and adenoids out and Sadie got her expanders and braces...and well Mom and dad got stuck with a hefty 4 figure bill :( Being a parent is expensive!!! But at least our kids will have healthy sleep habits and good teeth.

Life

 I have come to the conclusion that there is really only one of me...all this time I was mistaken ..........and my brain is mush and I have do not have a short or long term functioning memory any longer. And I am wearing I suck as a mom button this week.......that is all. :)

Catch Up

So..blogging has taken last place in my life do to soccer, my calling, school stuff, Chris's job etc etc....some days I really fell like I hit the floor running and do not stop until I fall asleep at night....oh well...anyways...the last few months have been busy and fun....Chris went hiking with his dad in April....as you can tell from the pictures...they picked the wrong trail...all uphill......poor guys...Chris was sore for days...and I am not sure he will ever do that again...but here are some cute pics :) 

We also got a cat!!! 

And I think I am still in shock.....I am so not a cat person...I do not like the smell, hair and well they are sketchy...you never know if you can trust them...

but so far I am doing ok...found cat liter that does not smell and the kitty is really sweet...follows me around the house all day, tries to eat my feet at night and likes to sleep on my head...which scares the living crap out of me..but I am dealing :) I will take a few pics and post them soon. 

Soccer Sisters!!!

The girls have loved playing soccer...Sadie plays attacking defender, and Ana plays forward.....

Chris started playing in an adult league..so we have been up to our ears in soccer. 

Knowledge Bowl

Sadie competed on her school's knowledge bowl team...they placed 5th out of 11 schools..which I thought was great!! She is now full of random facts about stuff...just like her ole dad :) 

                                             Oh and I had a birthday..I am getting soooo old....

Mother's day rocked..my family really spoils me :) I have some of the sweetest kiddos ever and a pretty amazing husband to...I am blessed.

Spring Madness

Spring has arrived!! Things bloom fast here..I took a few pics of how green it is..so pretty!!

We went to the beach for spring break..it was a perfect relaxing trip.

                       My sweet friend Kerry invited us over after church and we had a blast...got to ride a pony, see lots of beautiful horses and bunnies, ride on a zip line, eat yummy food and enjoy being with amazing friends..Thanks Kerry and Tony!!!! It is has been a busy fun filled few weeks!! I am feeling very blessed and loved. I am so grateful to my Heavenly Father for all of it. Hope everyone had a very Happy Easter!
