National Tabby Cat Day
Celebrating National Tabby Cat Day with Bunty
I am one in a long line of tabbies with my mommy. All her life there have been tabbies living with her and her family. Jangles and Ali were silver tabbies. Kitty (formerly Harry) was an orange tabby.
Fred, Barney, and Baby belonged to her sister. Cleo, Molly and Jasper still live with her sister.
The second picture is of two of the foster kitties that my auntie Linda is taking care of. Even though they aren't tabbies they are adorable.

Celebrating With Teddy - National Tabby Cat Day
What's Today????????????????
It's a special day honoring TABBIES and we are an entire CLUB full of Tabbies!
Know how I plan to celebrate?
Like this............
Everybody celebrates in their own way and mine is NAPPING all day!
I might let Mom pet me up on her lap too - that's a good way to celebrate being a Tabby right?

National Tabby Cat Day with Timmy & Fitz
Happy National Tabby Cat Day!!
To all of our Tabby furiends everywhere!
HAPPY NATIONAL TABBY CAT DAY!!!
I have been in love with tabbies since my first kitty, Bobo, who was an incredibly handsome tabby:
(Bobo was found as a stray when he came to live with me, he was 6 months old at the time)
And of course our precious and crazy Cody
Tabby cats will ALWAYS have a special place in my heart!!
FROM WIKIPEDIA: "A tabby is any domestic cat (Felis catus) with a distinctive 'M' shaped marking on their forehead, stripes by their eyes and across their cheeks, along their back, and around their legs and tail, and (differing by tabby type), characteristic striped, dotted, lined, flecked, banded or swirled patterns on the body—neck, shoulders, sides, flanks, chest and tummy. "Tabby" is not a breed of cat but a coat type seen in almost all genetic lines of domestic cats, regardless of status.[1] The tabby pattern is found in many official cat breeds and is a hallmark of the landrace extremely common among the general population of cats around the world. The tabby pattern occurs naturally and is connected both to the coat of the domestic cat's direct ancestor and to those of their close relatives: the African wildcat (Felis lybica lybica), the European wildcat (Felis silvestris silvestris) and the Asiatic wildcat (Felis lybica ornata), all of which have similar coats, both by pattern and coloration. A genetic study of tabbies found five genetic clusters to be ancestral to cats of various parts of the world.[2]"
Since today is also National Adopt A Shelter Pet Day I also wanted to include a photo that was taken in 2007 a week or so after I adopted Cody after a Petco adoption drive. So hard to believe it was 13 years ago!!
"A cat has absolute emotional honesty: human beings, for one reason or another, may hide their feelings, but a cat does not." Ernest Hemingway
National Tabby Day!
Raz wanted to give a shout out to all our Tabby pals on National Tabby Cat Day!
Both Raz and Noelle will be spending their day napping and appropriately social distancing
We also wanted to remember our Big Guy Angel Tamir. He was a proud Tabby Cat Club member. Angel Tamir sure knew how to work the camera!

Kid/Pet Day With Tigger, Daisy Mae and Mom Crystal
The story is that one Afternoon my 'sister Daisy Mae jumped up on mommy Crystal's tummy on the Tony Stewart Fleece NASCAR blanket. When 'sister' Daisy Mae jumped on her tummy, they both eventually fell asleep. Daddy thought it would be funny to take a picture of both of them especially since Mommy Crystal was wearing her Steeler hoodie and she looked like a cone head while she slept. Giggle Giggle.

Grandbeans are super, I have found that as they get older you can interact so much more with them, I have learned that they can give great hugs, kisses, love, make nice beds for me to sleep in, not to bother me when I am sleeping, and give me extra treats. I look so forward to their visits. I love them oh sooooooooooo much.
Kid/Pet Day
Here I am playing with my toy as there are no children in the house. My mommy is not in any pictures as she is the one with the camera.

How Can We Protect Mother Earth?
How Can We Protect Mother Earth?
How can we protect Mother Earth?
We can protect Mother Earth by
Recycling glass, Using Tote bags
Instead of Plastic bags, Try to use
Biodegradable items when possible,
Go green when possible, Save a stamp
And go electronic.
There are so many ways to
Help we can help Mother Earth that
We would love to hear your ideas on how we
Can help Mother other than what is mentioned in
The above poem.
Protect Mother Earth!!
