Working Out...(Not me of Course)

Ife was doing some of his knee exercises for his torn ACL, and Saki laid down right next to him and started doing the work-outs too. I was laughing so hard because it was so funny and cute. He kept grunting just like his daddy - like it was such hard work for him. Anyway, I had to post this because it was so funny.

The 4th of July

We decided to go to Soda Springs for the parade and a small barbecue after at my dad's house. Saki really liked the parade. He really loved getting the candy...especially since I have always been paranoid about letting him go in the road and of course what do I do...let him go in the road to catch candy. I'm sure that just makes him more confused on why I don't want him running in the road. Anyway, he got the hang of things pretty fast.

After the parade we went to the kids carnival and Saki got a balloon and his picture taken with his cousin Kellan. Isn't it funny.
That night we did sparklers and a few small fireworks at my sisters house back here in Pocatello.

We didn't want to fight the traffic at the firework show in Pocatello, so we drove up the hill and watched the big firework show from our car. Saki loved sitting out of the sun roof, and he loved watching the fireworks light up the sky.

Party TIme

Since we only have a two bedroom apartment at the time, whenever we have guests staying we use Saki's room for friends. We set up a mattress, so this is how Saki usually knows it's "party time". Saki just thinks he gets to stay up late and play all night long. He usually gets really wild.

Sometimes when cousins come to stay we will build a fort or do something for the kids. Saki loves going into hiding places. He usually thinks any place that is enclosed is a fort.

Fun Hat

My sister found this fun little hat at a garage sale for Saki if he wanted to wear it for Halloween this year. She also got a vest to go with it if he wanted to be a trapper or something. Only in Idaho I guess. I just thought he looked cute in it so I had to take a quick picture.

Should I Be Worried...

Saki has a new obsession with shoes, but not his own shoes...GIRLS shoes. Anyway, I don't know if they are just easier for him to put on, but he loves walking in my shoes and even his cousins. Anyway, I think it is pretty funny, but find myself wondering if I should be worried. Just kidding.
