I have been taking a photoshop class at the college and recently I started playing around with textures and adding the different textures to pictures. Anyway here are a few lost pictures that I found during class last night. It was kind of fun adding a few textures to them.
No, we didn't get a cat. We had some kittens abandoned in our neighborhood over the summer and this one kind of adopted us. It used to come around everyday and hang out at our house for a few hours a day, until one day it stopped showing up. Sydney named this cat mittens, and she was so in love with her. I was so sad when mittens stopped coming. I hope that someone else took mittens home, because she was a very sweet little cat. (no worries though because another of the stray cats started coming over everyday and Sydney barely even noticed the mittens stopped coming)
I love the subtle texture of the S in the top corner of this one. It is so fun figuring out all the different things that I can do with pictures!
On this one I applied the same texture as the picture with Sydney and mittens.

And the Mother of the Year award goes to...
Any day now I am going to recieve the mother of the year award. Why you ask? Well because if my 18 month old cries enough, I will let him take a drink of my coke. Sometimes he tries to drink all of it, but that would be really naughty. So I only let him drink a little of it....and only if he cries. Yep any day now that award will be coming to my front door. Any day now...

Time change
Okay I know it has been awhile sense I posted last. I have wanted to post, really I have. I even got pictures all ready to post, but sadly I am in a major funk and the depression bug has hit me hard. I am trying my best to beat this on my own(with no drugs) and it is hard. Maybe I will post again before this next month has past.....then again maybe not. Depression sucks. bad.
Anyway I have never been a fan of the time change and apparently neither is my son. After crying and fussing for about 2 hours I found him like this.
asleep standing up in his crib.
poor baby.
stupid time change.
