Happy Swirly Saturday all!! Such a busy week coming back from camp to the daily grind. Swirly camp is awesome! New people, lots of fun, and of course...SCRAPBOOKING!!! If you missed out come hang out on the forums and look for next years swirly camp. You won't want to miss it!!
Speaking of camp, here's a LO that i made at camp using this months GORGEOUS kit!!
Don't you just love the Mya Road transparency overlays? They were perfect for these papers.
Here at swirlydoos Saturday means a new tutorial from us here at the Education team. This week I show you how to use those yummy silks glazes that have been coming in our kits along with some gelatos layering!
And to top off Swirly Saturday we have our winners...yes I said winners...for the technique challenge for May!! We loved these two projects so much we could not decide...so they both win! Great clocks gals!

Happy Saturday to you all! Normally, the education team has a fun video for you on Saturday, and that's probably why you are reading this, BUT, we have something very special for you today. We have a guest teacher from Luminarte coming to Swirly Camp in Chicago today! So, we are going to broadcast her via UStream at 1:15, Central Time. So, please join us then if you can. :) You can bust out your Silks, Twinkling H2Os, Radiant Rain mists, Inka Golds, and Pearl Pens and play along with us this afternoon! The UStream will be recorded if you can make it. Invite your friends and we will see you there. We will update you on Facebook if we get delayed, so stay connected. Happy Saturday everyone!!!
If you already have your Brass Shilling kit then I know you are loving every minute of it. The greens and brown tones is this are the perfect combination. I really adore the yellow and orange undertones to the browns. Here's a layout I've done that's chocked full of mixed media and texture.
