Papertey Ink's Make it Monday is all about watercolor backgrounds this week.
This challenge appealed to me because real water colors were used. I was able to use the set I bought last year but have yet to use. I used the hydrangea stamp from Friendship Jar Summer Fillers.
What a fun technique.
