Our Rae of Sunshine
October 2012
October was another great month. Of course, it was highlighted by Raegan's first Halloween. I've never seen a cuter elephant, have you?

July 2012
July was a busy month full of travel and special events. In the early part of the month Matt and his mom took Rae for a road trip to Virginia to meet her great grandma and great grandpa. She was a great traveler. In fact, as of July Raegan has been in 11 states!
The last part of July, first part of August Raegan was baptised with all her family there for support. It was a very special time and we were glad everyone could attend. While she didn't wear it in the actual ceremony, Rae was able to wear the same baptism dress that her mommy, Grandpa Danhoff, Great Grandpa Danhoff and many other family members wore all the way back to 1920!
We also celebrated her Grandpa Bob's birthday at a hibachi restaurant. You can't quite see Rae in the picture, but she's there sitting next to Grandpa.
May/June 2012
Well, we missed the May update due to a very busy month. May and June were full of excitement for Raegan - she had her 6 month birthday, starting eating finger foods and had her first visit to the beach and ocean. She was not a fan of the ocean, but loved the swimming pool and the sand. June also marked the first time Raegan met her Aunt Sarah - as expected they hit it off immediately and quickly became best friends.
April 2012
April was a month of growing, laughing and lots of firsts. Raegan discovered her tongue, which she has no problem showing everyone she meets. She started eating real food (her absolute favorite is bananas) and she now sits in a high chair at the table with the rest of the family when we eat. She can sit up unsupported and loves her activity chair that Aunt Sarah got her. She has started exploring career options already, and we have all decided that she looks great in scrubs :)
March 2012
March 2012
This month Rae turned 4 months old. Hard to beleive it's been 4 months already. The month was filled with happiness and sadness. Matt's parents came for a visit and Rae really enjoyed playing with Grandpa and talking with Grandma. Sadly, Rae lost her great Grandma Dotzenrod this month as well.
As the sun comes out and the weather gets better, we are looking forward to letting Rae enjoy the outside.
Love you all.
