SUZY GABY AND MAUD

My website & this blog are named after my Aunt Suzy, my Grandmother Gaby (both Belgian) and my English Grandmother Maud. Each of them have influenced me, they had wonderful crafting, sewing, embroidery, knitting and crochet skills. Unfortunately when I had the chance to learn from them I was not interested. All three have passed away. My interest in sewing, crochet etc...has only been very recent. However, my interest in vintage & antique things has always been there, even as a child!

It's Fair Time!

My kitchen
Hello again!
I have been busy getting ready for the The Vintage Bazaar in Frome, Somerset which is going to be held at the Cheese and Grain on SATURDAY 29th OCTOBER 11.

This time, I have drawn inspiration from my kitchen for the display of my stall.

1930s delphiniums plaque

Vintage and vintage inspired ribbons

This is just a little taster...

This is the perfect opportunity to get some of your Christmas shopping done and find things that you cannot get on the High Street

Fun at the bazaar!

Today I was at the Vintage Bazaar Fair in Frome, this event began in October 10 and today was second time the event was held. Once again it was very well organised and was a pleasure to be a part of. There were lots of familiar and friendly faces. It was also an opportunity to meet new faces!

Alan and Miss P were there to give a helping hand. Miss P particularly enjoyed the selling side of things and was happy to be involved. They were both a great help!

Here are a few pictures of my stall

On to some other lovely looking stalls now

Sorry, I haven't had time to add links under the stall holder's photos tonight but thought I'd post the photos now for you to enjoy.

I can't wait for the next one, Saturday 29th October 2011

My website is still being worked on, it is taking longer than expected but I'd rather get it just right than just rush through it. Until then, I may list some items for sale on this blog within the next couple of weeks.
