Me again today,
Continuing my Sea theme - I found this rock on the beach that gave me a mental image of a fish so I brought him home and painted him. :-D This rock fish gave me the inspiration for my ZOMBIE PET SHOP 1 + 2 collections of digis.

Hello Peeps,
Here is something I made using one of my images - MERMAID 1 - but I only used the top half of her.
I made the background using blue and yellow paint on card, and I smurged it all around with my fingers. I then added "waves" using glitter glue.
The mini shells I got from the beach and I added the scary skull because she is a bit scary too :-D
Thanks for popping in.
Challenges I am entering:
CRAFTLANDIA Challenge #7 - The Sea 1/7
Hello Peeps,
I have been trying something completely new - QUILTING. :-D
Now, I didn't have a lot of material hanging around to do this - going to have to beg friends for any scraps as I'm now hooked.
I joined a quilting site a couple of months ago because I fell in love with the Seagull quilt squares that would be offered every month and here is my first attempt. Suzys Sitcom and this is part of the SEAGULL PARADISE QUILT.
I made a wall hanging for my friend's outdoor Cabana so it's stuck onto 2 layers of thick cardboard.
My chemo fingers had an easier time with the sewing machine. I bought this round needle foot thingy so I could see to edge around all the little pieces but I think it's a foot for freehand embroidery because it was very "slippy ", but considering my furky fingers, I didn't do too bad.
I added googly eyes and omitted to do all the extraneous embroidery as I can't cope with that :-)
Hi Peeps - long time, no speak eh ? I'm doing OK and my chemo numb fingers are getting much better :-D
I have played around with a journal page, using up an old diary, to enter the latest CRAFTLANDIA MONTHLY CHALLENGE #7 where the theme is The SEA and the Sponsor is GECKO GALZ.
I have used " UNDER THE SEA " backing paper by SPYDER, " SEAHORSE " from the "SEA LIFE 12 piece Set" by me at IKEsART, a SeaShell Border by MY SCRAP CHICK, a saucy lady from GECKO GALZ - TATTOO SUMMER Craft Kit and two images from GECKO GALZ - NAUTICAL 1 & 2 decoupage pages.
