sorry everyone, wasnt very enthu yst during farewell... was too sick to scream a lot. :/ yea, missed handover in the morning... =( HAIS. but still, i managed to go in the afternoon, took pics with my patrol DOVE! (will be moving over to swallow next year...) yes, i will miss the sec 4s and jolene!!! :'( aww man, this is such a sad sad post. hais, after coming back frm school, went to sleep, hoping that i'll get better. when i woke up, i was feeling very cold and very hot. cold and hot. hot and cold. seow. yea, forced a few mouthfuls of soup down my throat... and then i went to see a doc. i looked really odd! i was in guides yellow tee, nanyang windbreaker and nanyang trackpants. see how patriotic i am?? ya, but it was to KEEP WARM okay! :D was runnnig a high fever... got medicine, (that doesnt taste too good... :( ) avoided an injection... AND, went home to get more sleep. zzzzzzZZZZZ.

but im much better now, thank you everyone for your concern, esp chin wen dear!! <3 yes, i'll get well soon! :))

AND, i'll like to say THANK YOU mummy and daddy. mum, for waiting for me like 4 hours 15 mins at school, and for bringig me to see a doc. and to both of you, for waking up so many times at night to check my temp. XIE XIE, i love you both! <33

went carolling yst! :)

it was very meaningful, and it was a real reminder that christmas is not about partying, celebrating yourself and forgetting the true meaning of the season. yes, JESUS IS THE REASON FOR THE SEASON! :D

tiring definitely, but it was enjoyable! hope to go again next year (:

and thank God that it didnt pour at all throughout carolling yst!! see? He works miracles! hopefully, the floods in malaysia will subside, and we'll still be able to go for the mission trip to endau! keep prayin', you'll never know how amazing our Lord is! :)

still thinking bout whether to go for yf carolling later tho... :l might have some family stuff. yepps, but still, the heart-warming love of Christ's birth is stored in my heart! <3

hais, was supposed to go to chalet today. but it got cancelled due to the rain!! :( oh wells, so here i am at home, doing my commonwealth essay.. it's like bits and pieces here and there... how to type 500-700 words?!

it's been raining all the time... but, good thing the rain didnt last the entire day during camp!

RAIN is coming to singapore... and the tics are so expensive??? is he really that nice?? oh wells, the power of I-dont-know-what.

sometimes, the rain is nice. we like the rain. we want the rain. we need the rain. and it's a nice whether to sleep in.

yet, at other times, we start cursing and swearing when it rains. cos it just destroys all our activity plans. and the rain causes traffic jams and road accidents.

but afterall, it's all God's timing. when it rains, or it's bright and sunny. there's a reason!

so, just obey the whether! :D

camps galore!!! :D

IM SO HIGH.

guides camp was a BLAST.

there's too much to say... way too much!! so, i dont think i'll talk bout details, cos there's REALLY TOO MUCH!!!

i've learnt so much, about serving, playing and having fun while keeping discipline, skills, relations with others, be it seniors or batchmates... and oh, washing toilets is fun! :D

all the rain, sun, sweat, screams, fun... will remember it forever! i've found so many jie jies and mei meis at guides!! yay yay.. WE ARE FAMILY!!! ~~~

some memorable events...

1. campfire! though it was raining, and it had to be indoors. everyone wasnt affected by it at all! singing our lungs out, cheering.. it was fabulousa! hahas, and our campfire item! JOHNNY, everyone's DREAM BOYFRIEND eh? kudos to jolene!! =) 3 cheers for evolution!!!

2. night treasure hunt! hooray! the frogs stuck together and completed the stations! sometimes, it's all about pushing away your fears, learning to trust in others, have some bits of courage... to reach the finish line. and that was definitely a very very memorable experience for me! :D

3. SABOTAGE. *plays phantom of the opera...* :P again, it was about having faith and trust in the seniors (which sometimes proved to be wrong.. oh wells), knowing that your friends are by your side, and just following what they tell you to do. it was tons of fun!!! i really enjoyed my self loads. :)) it was very very messy... and the stuff didnt exactly taste very nice, but i loved it all! tee hee. (:





and after guides camp, i went for the last two days of yf camp. yes, heavily part-timer. but at least i went yea? although it was quite a short period, but i still could feel the spiritual closeness, the warm fellowship and all. yf is another great big family! :D it was so wierd. i think i got too used to all the greetings at guides, and i always had the funny urge to greet the camp comm members i saw. GOOD AFTERNOON!! oh wells. X)

hope the two camps dont clash again next year! all in all, i've gained so much! THANK YOU EVERYONE! <3>
