Poor Heart
I was lonely and sad
Life was terrible and bad,
Then I closed my poor heart;
I almost became mad.
____
Then you came on my way
And promised to love anyway,
You brought sunshine for me;
Then I loved you come what may.
______
But you`ve changed so soon
Love flew like leaves in the automn,
Dark clouds covered my poor heart;
And the rain came very hard.
_______
My heart was terribly broken
It would never beat again,
When you threw the love away;
Hope was gone on my way.
______
So if you want to go
Because you loved her so,
If she is more than I do;
Get out of my way and go.
______
So you want to go my dear
I don`t need you anymore here,
You just make my heart broken;
And made me cry again.

Why Worry
Life is so uncertain
It is full of questions,
No one could answer;
Don`t worry my friend,
Jesus is always there.
____
Life is so colorful
Yesterday was black.
Sometimes it is blue;
Why worry my friend,
When God is true.
____
Life is so vague
Today is so cloudy,
Everyday becomes foggy;
Why worry my friend,
When heaven is your destiny.
_____
I am on my way
To that heavenly home,
Though surrounded by difficulty;
I don`t have to worry,
For Jesus is besides me.

Tips to Lower Your Blood Pressure
What is high blood pressure? High blood pressure (also called hypertension) occurs when the pressure of blood being pumped through arteries is above normal. Blood pressure is expressed as a fraction in millimeters of mercury (mmHg), such as 110/74 mmHg. The top number (systolic pressure) notes your blood pressure when your heart beats; the bottom number (diastolic pressure) measures your blood pressure between beats.
Normal blood pressure is below 120/80 mmHg. Above that level, patients are considered to have prehypertension. A blood pressure reading of 140/90 mmHg or above is considered high blood pressure, or hypertension.
High blood pressure is a major risk factor for heart disease, stroke, kidney disease, and heart attack. It is the most influential risk factor for stroke. High blood pressure overtaxes the heart and cardiovascular system and over time can cause blood vessels to harden, narrow, and even burst.

One Slice of Buko Pie
When I arrived yesterday afternoon from our long trip.I think it takes about 7-8 hours from Matutum View Academy going back to Mountain View College.We stayed MMA for more than a month in our practicum there. So, what I did after I arrived I put aside my big stroller bag on the floor and sleep for whole afternoon cos I'm tired. Plus I'm not 100% feeling well cos of my monthly sickness came. I woke up in about 5 o'clock in the afternoon and looking for food to eat. I ate already before I slept but still I'm still craving food again hahhahaa...Coz when I escape eating my breakfast,or lunch I feel hungry for the next day.So, that's why I avoid not skipping my meal so I will not starve again.
This morning I starving food again and I wake up late because I got up at 3 am then I fall asleep after that so I found out that its 7 am already. I rush to the fast food and good that my favorite buko pie is displayed so I eat like a horse then I'm filled up lol!. Lesson to learn I don't wanna miss my food to avoid my bad respond of my body craving for many days even I'm full already hahaha.
kasabot mo? haha

Craving Food
Yesterday,I was very busy and lots of work and requirements to accomplish.I wake up early and doing some laundry until i forgot to eat my breakfast.After my work I work with my class records and grades of the student then afternoon came and I forgot to eat my lunch again.After my works I went to the photocopier to photocopy my class records and some important papers.Then after I started to open my mail and update my blog. Oh!boy...I'm setting for 3 hours until I decided to go home.Hahhaa..on the way I met one of the teacher then we talked a lot until 6 in the evening.Then I forgot to eat in my dinner.When I'm inside my room and I was starving food and I'm very-very hungry then I rushed to the school cafeteria but cafeteria was closed. Good that I have friends working in the cafeteria of the school. They gave me food and give me drinks.Thanks to my good friend Em2x and Nenen for the good accommodation.
So,I don't want that it will happen to me again without eating. I'm craving food now.That's all.So, how about you what food do you like to eat?
