Al Khaliq

Lyrics
La ilaha illallah, La ilaha illallah
La ilaha illallah, La ilaha illallah
Muhammad ur-Rasulullah, Muhammad ur-Rasulullah
Muhammad ur-Rasulullah, Sallallahu ‘Alaihi Wa Sallam

Al Khaaliq made the oceans
Rivers, lakes, streams and rain
Bow their waves in pure submission
Upon the earth to praise His name

La ilaha illallah, La ilaha illallah
La ilaha illallah, La ilaha illallah
Muhammad ur-Rasulullah, Muhammad ur-Rasulullah
Muhammad ur-Rasulullah, Sallallahu ‘Alaihi Wa Sallam

There is no creature among us
Upon the air or in the sea
That does not sing with wonder
Praising in community

La ilaha illallah, La ilaha illallah
La ilaha illallah, La ilaha illallah
Muhammad ur-Rasulullah, Muhammad ur-Rasulullah
Muhammad ur-Rasulullah, Sallallahu ‘Alaihi Wa Sallam

The dry earth is a sign
To all of mankind
Brought to life with peaceful rain
And to us Allah will do the same

La ilaha illallah, La ilaha illallah
La ilaha illallah, La ilaha illallah
Muhammad ur-Rasulullah, Muhammad ur-Rasulullah
Muhammad ur-Rasulullah, Sallallahu ‘Alaihi Wa Sallam

ABOM

Awak Tanya, Ostad (Cuba) Menjawab

#1Selamat datang ke ruangan Awak Bertanya, Ostad Menjawab (ABOM).

Soalan #1
Ostad, saya ni ada masalah sikit. Saya ni kalau masok internet suka nah nengok bende yang bukan-bukan. Nanti bila dah nengok bender bukan-bukan nanti saya pun buatlah bende yang bukan-bukan. Yerlah sorong papan tarik papan. Papan saya jadi papan. Yang menyorong tangan saya.

Jadi persoalan saya ialah
1) macam maner nak elak masalah nengok benda tak senonoh kat internet ni dan
2) macam mana nak berhenti menyorong-nyorong papan saya ni...

Jawab ostad:
1) Pertama awak kene ingat lah bende ni haram. nengok haram nyorong pun haram. cuma ostad pun paham semua orang adalah ujian dia masing-masing. ada orang kene uji bila dia nengok cermin dia rasa dia bukan lelaki tapi pompuan padahal dia dah lengkap dengan misai A.Galak, janggut Osama dan bulu dada Shahrukh Khan. Itupun kira ujian lah. Dan awak ni kira antara manusia yang kene ujilah dengan member kat atas tu. Jadi sabar2lah dulu

2) Masalah awak ni zaman Nabi Muhammad dulu dah ada. Khabarnya ada member tu masuk islam. Dia setuju dengan semua syarat Islam cuma dia mintak kelonggaran satu bende aje. Iaitu dia cakap dia kuat nafsu; kuat lanyak pompuan. Jadi dia mintak nabi exempt dialah kalau nak lanyak pompuan memandangkan nafsu dier tinggi macam petronas.

Nabi jawab simple ajer; baginda jawab lebih kurang macam ni: kau suka mak kau kene buat dengan jantan lain macam mana kau buat kat betina lain.Member tu geleng ah. Orang tak betol ajer kasi mak dia kene lanyak ngan jantan lain. Dalam konteks internet lagi terok abang oi. Dahlah kau biarkan mak kau kene lanyak jantan lain, kau kasi orang satu dunia tengok mak kau kene lanyak free pulak tu!

Kalau kau tak tergamak pikirkan mak kau dalam keadaan tu, cuba kau imagine makwe kaperlah. Mamat lobang bebual ngan mata air kau sekejap ajer kau dah takleh angkat inikan lagi dia buat perkara hancoceh tu kat dier. Kau masih nak biarkan? ohhhh dayusss kau jang!

Membawa ostad ke penjelasan seterusnya. Islam paling anti manusia pembazir.

Kau jangan buat macam cerita2 hindustan; tuang kat orang pompuan pastu campak lighter. Kirer2 gitulah dok.

Jadi gitulah. Ostad cuma nak bilang. Tabiat tebiat ni memang susah gila khinzir nak buang. Tapi kau kene trylah sebelum ia jadi ketagihan. Orang ketagih rokok, engkau ketagih rokok lain pulak!

Sebenarnya bende ni huraian lebih panjang daripada ni tapi ostad rasa cukup lah kau ingat 3 tips ni:

1) Bende ni haram
2) ingat mak, ingat makwe
3) simpan bende tu dok.

itu sebab orang tua tak sembarang2 pakai keris pusaka. Sarung dulu. Kau sarung lah keris kau tu dulu. Dan tak payah lah nak asah-asah.

Making New Year Resolutions?

Sufian: Article di bawah ni dipetik dari blog http://adisg.blogspot.com/. Saya rasa isinya dapat dimanfaatkan oleh kiter semuer. ;)
-------------------------------------------

I believe most of us are well aware of SMART goals. Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic & Timely. We probably have gone through such routine workshops in our secondary school days. Well, now let's learn the Islamic 6-Meem approach of achieving our goals.

The 6-Meem Approach

1) Musyarathah (Self-Agreement)

Immerse yourself fully in your goals and understand them. Your mind, heart and spirit must unite and agree to the terms (syarat) of this deal and work together to achieve them. Do not let your goals be something you merely express verbally or pen down in your diary (or blog) to be forgotten later.

2) Muraqabah (Self-Awareness)

Once a person has agreed to the terms (syarat) of the goals, he needs to be aware (muraqabah) of himself and view his own actions in a clear state of mind. Lack of caution may bring destruction to your goals. He must also remind himself of Allah swt, the All-Seeing. This gives a sense of God-centredness in his goals.

3) Muhasabah (Self-Reflection)

"Hisab (root word of muhasabah) yourself before hisab comes upon you."Muhasabah or self-reflection, self-assesment and self-accountability is a trait which was very pronounced during the time of the companions of the Prophet saw. There are numerous narrations of how these companions would question themselves, their actions and their faiths when they get careless about their religion. Verily, the door of redemption (taubah) is through muhasabah and seeking to make amends.

4) Mu'aqabah (Self-Punishment)

Even when the first 3 steps are dutifully adhered to, we are never far from mistakes and carelessness. Do not let these errors go unnoticed. "Punish" yourself as a reminder to correct these deficiencies - make your supplications longer, donate a bit more to your local mosque or recite more verses of the Qur'an.

5) Mujahadah (Strive)

Jihad (root word of mujahadah) is an often misunderstood term. The basic meaning of the word is "to strive". The easiest way to ignite the spirit of jihad is to listen or read about the mujtahids (people who performed jihad) of the past - the Prophet saw, his companions and Muslims who during their era faced so many challenges and difficulties in achieving their goals.A more contemporary method would be to look at those who are less fortunate striving to carve out a meaningful life despite the enormous tests that God has afforded to them.

6) Mu'atabah (Self-Criticism)

"Verily, your biggest enemy is yourself. It is you who always bring yourself towards the path of destruction and it is you who feed your own inner demons."Straighten yourself towards the correct path with prayers, supplications and suppressing your desires. And self-criticism always helps just like how the companions were always highly critical of themselves, and when advising others, let those advice echo upon yourself too.

----------------------

Finally, always remember your purpose in life. Your New Year resolutions should always lead you towards seeking the Pleasure of Allah swt.
