I was transferring my photos from my old and frailing lappie to the new com, so that I can look at some of the photos that could be used for the photo montage (growing up section). The photos in my lappie range from 5 yrs ago till last year. As I was enjoying the photos, many lovely memories start to stream into my head.. These are wonderful people that have walked with me and brought joy to my life..
Starting with 15 years of friendship..

We knew each other since primary 4. I used to go over to her house after school to play, eat ice cream, ride bicycle, and do other crazy stuff.

As my class was a double-math and science class, it was dominated by guys with only 7 girls.
These guys are all damn smart..
I've never seen them studying/mugging yet they are still able to produce nice results.
My two years in JC was most stressful ever, but they added in fun and laughter 
What I least expected was getting exceptional good grades for A-levels. Even my form tutor was shocked that I could actually pass with such results. She was quite biased towards the brighter students, but can't really blame her cos my results in common tests and prelims were barely encouraging.
I was glad that I managed to prove myself.
That was the proudest result I got in my life.
So with that I was able to get into my desired course in NTU..
First year freshie..
So tanned- and fresh-looking.
In fact I prefer the tanned-me, but the tan-ness fades very quickly unless I maintain a very disclipined once-a-wk regime to sentosa.
In order to get that tan, I went through 2wks of FOC - Business and Hall camp.
Immediately after Hall Camp.. I was red like lobster.. My skin was peeling and awful.
I was silly to not apply sunblock cos now my freckles are all so obvious and ugly.
Looking back, those camps were fun but quite traumatising actually. The games that they carried out were like suppose to 'te-kan' the freshies and it was quite a suffering if you didn't enjoy the games. For me, back then I think it was ok. But now if you ask me whether I'd want to join the camps again, I would have my reservations.

Many guys always like to visit our room during our first year when XJ was still unattached.
She literally attracts guys like flowers attracting bees.
In our cosy nice room..
But in Year 3 she moved out and I was all alone in my single room. My neighbours were all the foreign students who kept their doors shut most of the time. It's quite freaky actually.. You wont't know when will rapist or molesters appear at your doorstep.
I nearly went mad facing the four walls all by myself for 5days in a wk, missing my family.
My meals were taken alone, bathed alone, studied alone
But I tell myself I had to give my best for the last leg in Uni..... And soon it will be over.

If I didn't rem wrongly, we introduced our team as Kungfu Panda and we each represented a character from Kungfu Panda casting.. There was the Panda, mantis, tiger and monkey.
