NBS Convo Ball

attending a ball at fullerton was indeed different, unlike those past JC and hall D&Ds.. it was far more classy and posh. for several moments i thought i was attending xj's wedding when she was giving her speeches on the stage. haha. i've got a long shot of u on stage, babe!

our dinner was absolutely gratifying.. i specially liked their codfish and strawberry pudding. and atop the steamed dumpling rice, there was also a small piece of foie gras which i only realise what it is after eating it. it'll be my first and last time eating such cruel delicacy.

and did i mention there's only 6 of us on a table of 10? in the end stella gave us the pigeon instead cos she overslept!! haha. as for the rest i dont know what happened to them to make them forgo their 70bucks tix. so 3 couples on this table and each couple helped themselves to one more portion of food. buurps.

Graduated!!!

Yesterday was convocation ceremony and i've officially graduated! it was so fun running ard in the robe taking photos with friends. the main part of the ceremony is just that few seconds when u walk up the stage, shake hands with the NBS dean and smile for the camera. other than that, the 2hr ceremony itself was quite boring and shunzhang who sat beside me simply just dozed off the first 5 mins. haha

random wkend

larling's finally ended his reservist.. and i've sort of become used to not seeing him that frequently. my days without him was spent visiting clinics, meeting some friends, heading to the gym, and slacking at home reading books. it definitely felt like something is lacking in my life..

sat we went to vivo and walk around while waiting for kc and cecilia. then we met siyun! haha we kept bumping into each other recently. whenever i see her, i'll feel very happy and excited. maybe bcos she's a very nice person who treats her friends very well. i'll nv forget our hall days when she helped me alot during FOC as well as vball IHG. *hugs*

next up is convo ceremony on tues and convo ball on sat. i nv wanted to attend convo ball at all.. the hassle of dolling up, dressing up, shopping for gowns etc just turns me off. but for certain reasons and certain people like larling, i somehow caved in. but now all that enthusiasm is even more diminished as spencer and samuel cant make it. that leaves 3 of us remaining from our 206 clique. but dont worry stella, we won't pang seh you!
