Ramp Up to State!
Here our the boys' team photos and portraits. Pretty tough looking dudes. Only a few days till State (Saturday May 1st). Hope all goes well. Is it normal to not be able to sleep because you are nervous for your 7 and 4 year old? Never mind... I would never be like that.

Spring Review
Happy Easter
The Easter Bunny found the Stone's in good form this year. We are so grateful for the blessings we have and for the friends and family that enrich our lives. In light of the recent economy troubles I have been able to reevaluate my interpretation of true wealth. Three years ago I would have deemed a man wealthy by the size of his home, cars he drove, and toys in his garage. As I have been humbled as of late I have a clearer perspective of what true wealth is and what I deem valuable in this life. In a nutshell it is all of the things that money can not buy: The opportunity to be a father, A beautiful, faithful, loving wife; a strong, healthy body and mind; Healthy Children who luckily love to wrestle (Even Tommy); Family and friends close by to share this journey with; And finally, an all knowing compass to lead and guide me in this life. Anyway, so so sappy, but it is the Easter Post, come on.
The Saturday before Easter we had our annual Hidden Springs Easter Egg Hunt and then went home and died eggs and Ashlee made lots of different Easter treats. Good Times!
Snakebite Tournament
Our club wrestling team (Idaho Rattlers) hosted our first tournament last weekend and it was a great time. Our little Wylie bear has taken on "Ferdinand The Bull" traits as he sometimes wrestles hard and aggressive and other times he just smiles and looks right at me while they take him down. I posted his best clip from the tournament where he placed 4th. We almost had to change his last name though because two of his losses came to girls, but we decide to keep him after all.
Riggin had a great weekend. He got 2nd Place in his first Greco (Upper Body Only) Competition on Friday and then won 1st in the Freestyle tournament on Saturday. I put in the last throw of his Greco match. (For those who dont know...this is a pretty technical throw for a 7 year old.) Geeked out Dad I know, but it just doesn't get better than this.
Here is Riggin receiving his medal. He might look more like Ashlee, but he is all me on the inside. We are humble in everyway, in fact, it is one of our best qualities.

Splash Mountain
We are back from our SWEET spring break trip to California, but because our camera broke we don't have any of the pictures from the trip because they are on everyone else's cameras, but I wanted to share this one. This is the one the theme park takes while you are on the ride that you can buy after the ride is over. Bug bought it and made me copy. Wylie is the only Stone in this picture because Ashlee stayed with Tommy cause she was asleep and Riggin and I went on the next boat because this one was full. This ride took place around 11pm or so just before the park was getting ready to close and both Riggin and Wylie had fallen asleep in the stroller and we had to wake them up to go on this ride. Wylie rode with Loren (Alexa's Friend) and was not quite sure how to take the last plunge of the ride. His expression is PRICELESS! More to come later.
