Tommy Girl
I feel like with so much time spent with the boys wrestling that I feel like little Tommy Girl gets some blog neglect. Here is some of my favorite pictures of Tommy at one of Riggin's football games last season. During halftime she ran across the field just to give me a drink and this is her running back to Ashlee. It is no secret I love raising these boys and teaching them to wrestle, but I am SOOO glad that I have a little girl to give me balance and help me to be a little softer and gentler. Tommy is a quirky little thing and has ZERO Tomboy in her as she is as girly as they come. Her new favorite song is Britney Spears "I Love Rock N Roll" Each day consists of numerous wardrobe changes with the more frills the better, but the final outfit is usually a swim suit of some kind. When she runs it is more of a prance, she loves to dance and she loves to do fashion shows. She tells me she only loves me sometimes cause I bite her, but I tell her I cant help myself cause she tastes so good to me. To this she replies, "No I don't Dad...I tasted myself and it is not good!" Hope the boys she dates have a lot of money cause they will be paying for three of us.

Fathers and Sons Campout 2012
Last weekend we had our annual Fathers and Sons Campout for our church. We did it down on the Snake River just outside of Melba. The boys had been looking forward to it for quite sometime with Wylie asking me each morning "How many more days till the campout Dad?" because he has yet to gain an understanding of time, but I appreciate his enthusiasm. So we rode out with TW and Brandon and stayed in our friends (Staleys) camp trailer. Not sure what it is about boys and sticks, but once we were there, they had a stick in there hand the entire time. Must be our innate hunter coming out or something. Great moment in time with the dudes and next year, because he will be potty trained, Boxer will get to come.

Way Behind....
With High School Wrestling ending at the end of February and our boys' season starting the following week I have been spread a little thin and have fallen way behind on the old blog stuff so I will just throw out some pictures of the last couple months. No rhyme or reason to it, just what we have been doing.
Winter Carnival
Went to the Snow Festival in McCall and spent the weekend with some friends.
Just Life...
Tommy playing dress up at Aunt Alexa's in CA. Safe to say she will not be asking me if she can be a wrestler like her brothers...
This is epitomizes Boxer...a steady cloud of dust follows this guy wherever he goes...skinny jeans and all.
Club Wrestling
Ashlee's dad (Twayne) took everyone out to eat the other night, but Riggin and Wylie had a Greco-Roman Wrestling tournament that night so we missed out. Twayne texted me and said "Where are you at???" I replied "Heaven".
Riggin is in the Red. Riggin took 1st Place in Both Greco and Freestyle at the Nampa Invitational a few weeks ago.
Wylie is in the Blue. In the first tournament this year Wylie took 1st Place in Freestyle and was voted the "Out standing Wrestler" of the tournament for his age group.
Yep...I am bragging.
Easter Morning
Waiting on the stairs before they get to go see what the Easter Bunny brought.
One Sunday Night in the Back yard
See everybody...bald by choice...I still have hair.

Sunday Best
So when we had the Rehrers in town a few weeks ago we told the kids they didn't have to go to church to have more time play with each other. Plus...I had just gotten into town from a wrestling tournament in Reno in the middle of the night, so we all took the day off except poor Ashlee who still had to go cause she had to teach her primary class. Anyway, the little girls decided they wanted to go to church to attend Ashlee's class and got themselves dressed. I didn't have the heart to tell them their clothes weren't quite "proper" church attire and took them anyway. Ashlee wasn't amused...I got in trouble, but look at her...she is so cute!

Christmas Program
BIg Rigs had his Christmas program and they were told to dress nice so he wanted to bust out the suit. He was the only one in a suit...or shirt and tie, but a stunner none the less. Look good, feel good...feel good, play good. Thats our family motto. He did so good singing, but we had heard most of the the songs plenty around the house on the days leading up to the big event. But when I asked him how he felt it went on our way to wrestling practice that night he said it went good, but that some older boys had teased him for wearing his suit and were making fun of his shoes. When I asked him what he said or did, he said he didn't do anything...So I think I am going to do something. If you hear about a Boise man who beat the crap out of some 5th graders, it will be me. Im just saying...

Thanksgiving
We were with my side of the family this years o we spent a night in the Mountains with my mom a their cabin in New Meadows and then came back to Eagle to be with my dad. Lots of family, lots of food and lots of fun.
The Nutcracker
Tommy had her first dance recital in which their company performed The Nutcracker. The group she danced with played the role of the China Dolls. It was one of those Daddy milestones that I had always envisioned doing when I heard I was having a baby girl. I was all smiles. Tommy has definitely inherited the performing bug from me, she loved to be on the stage. She was a little slow to come out from behind the prop, but once she was out there she let it rip. She even did a little improve chicken dance just to mix it up cause she was lost in the moment, or just lost and new she needed to be dancing, were not really sure. It was AWESOME. She is the tiniest little peanut and as quirky as they come. Don't worry about her being overshadowed by her big wrestling brothers, she will stand out no matter where she is. I love having a little girl.
