Happy Halloween
I wanted to do coordinating costumes! The kids were happy to oblige, especially after seeing our best friends had done the same costumes for a past Halloween. (Thanks for the idea Carolee)
Mario, Luigi, Toad, and Princess Peach
Making Memories
Stew had the opportunity to attend the BYU vs Notre Dame football game in South Bend Indiana a few weekends ago. After much debating, we decided to load up the crew and go with him. He would go to the game with his sister Laura and BIL Brandon while the kids and I toured the campus. That plan changed quickly once the boys realized he was going to the game and they were not. Thank goodness for scalpers right!?! Well for a very reasonable price we ended up all going into the game. Kylie decided football wasn't really her thing and slept for 4 HOURS straight starting 7 mins into the first quarter!
Afterwards we got to spend the rest of the weekend in Indianapolis with Brandon, Laura and Landon and some of Brandon's awesome family. Memories that last a lifetime! Worth every penny.
GO BUCKEYES!
Sadly we have lived here for 3 1/2 years and never been to a sporting event. A kind person in our ward gave us some tickets and we were able to take the entire fam to a game. The boys were is heaven! We had a great time!!
First Day of School
Conner started Kindergarten and Tyler started Second Grade this year!! WOW!! School is going great for them both and we are so proud of them!
COLORADO
Every summer the kids and I make the LONG trek back to Colorado! We cross 6 state lines, it takes an average of 23 hrs to do it and I drive straight through with all 4 kids to get there! This years trip did not disappoint! Tyler turned 7 while we were there. He is an amazing kid! We are so grateful him and the example he sets being the oldest for his siblings! We saw so much family and good friends! The boys still call my parents house their home. We can't wait to one day be closer again!! There are about a million photos I could post, but several I still need to get from others, so more to come!!
