Happy Birthday Talmadge and Kimberly

He is 1 year old. Oh how this year has flown by. Talmadge had his 1 year old birthday party this last weekend, he let me celebrate mine on the same day to. We had family and a few friends over, ate some pizza, cake and watched movies. It was so much fun. Talmadge was quite the spaze when it came to opening up presents he was so excited he could barely contain himself!!!! He got so many from toys from everyone and is loving playing with them every day. He wasn't real sure about the cake, but had a little bit of it and enjoyed the little bit he had. However, he is not one to get his hands dirty so diving into the cake wasn't his thing. What a cute is he though!!!!!
Crystal made him such a cute cake!!!!

Meeting Santa

Talmadge got to meet Santa for the first time. We went to Matt's work Christmas party during the day and they brought in Santa. We weren't sure what he would think of him, however, Talmadge just loved him. Sat on his lap and couldn't stop playing with his beard, as you will see in the pictures with his fingers in it. Then Santa gave him a present, Talmadge was so amazed by him when we sat singing songs after with him. It was so fun to do that with him!!!!!

New York, New York

This last week Matt and I took a trip to New York for his brothers wedding. We have never been there to visit and man did we love it so much. It truley is the city that never sleeps and man there are so many things to do. It was freezing walking around but enjoyable. You will see some of the pictures below that we went to, and also got to see the play Wicked, which is amazing to say the least. Tons of stores including FAO Schwartz. We did so many things it is hard to recap it all. Adam and Brittany were married in the Manhatten temple, which is such a great temple.

Central Park was Great you could walk for days in that place

You got to love the subways there, they are so easy to get around in.

Time Square was so amazing it is like Las Vagas on steriods. There are so many shops to look around at while your there.

The wedding was so great. Brittany looked so pretty and the temple was great. We took pictures in Central park then went to Pennsylvania for the reception.

The last day we were the we took the train down to ground zero, which was a sight that is hard to all take in. It will be great to see the memorial that they put there. We also made it down to Rockefeller Center!

Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving was great!!! Talmadges first one. We went over to Corinna's house and all hung out there for the day. The food and the company were wonderful. We were really bummed mom wasn't there, she was visiting the brothers in Denvor. Talmadge had a great time and even tried out a little bit of everything from my plate and loved it all!!!!

Nothing like good old movie time with the kids, playing the Wee and playing fishing on Matt's phone (the 2 kids couldn't get enough of that)
