Around The House

Joker Jake

The boys just decided to sit down on the floor and snack on tortillas one day and it was so cute.  Reminded me of a picture I have when I was little eating push-ups on the floor with my cousins.

Forth Worth Zoo!

On the last day of my parents visit in November, we headed out to the Fort Worth Zoo. It was a beautiful day, and a week day so it wasn't crowded at all! The zoo definitely lived up to all of the great things I had heard about it. It was soooo much better than the Dallas Zoo in my opinion. I tried not to include too many animal pics, but I couldn't let my little animals steal the WHOLE show ;)

First stop - The Flamingos

Loving my little man in this big rocking chair

Cheesy kid

Not sure what to think about the giant turtle

No mom I will not let you take a cute picture of me next to this big wheel

Waiting for the howling to come from the wishing well.  It never came...

Little Thieves in Training

Look at me!  I can walk!

And Run!

Wishful thinking

Signs everywhere saying the animals may bite.  Hmmm....

Teething much???

Cute Cheeks

Jake trying to get Mr. Gorilla's attention.  He was picking at his skin which was kind of disturbing.

Doesn't get much cuter than this!

My leaf is bigger than your leaf!

So sad to be leaving

Big Toothy Grins

My dad and stepmom came out to visit the beginning of November and Ryan got to pretend he was an only child for a little while since Jake was napping. This little guy smiles so big! I love his double (triple?) chins!

Waving "Hi"

Such a big boy!

Still pretty bald :)

Just a day, just an ordinary day

Sometimes I forget to just take photos of an ordinary day with the boys. For some reason I tend to wait to bring out the camera for special trips, or holidays and I miss out on some of the best moments with these little guys. This day, Jake had asked specifically for his hat and mittens even though it wasn't cold at all and just wanted to explore outside. Ryan was just learning to walk and was finally able to join his big brother outside without mommy hovering too close.
